Well Erwin If "dismembered or blow to piece"  this is "NOT a GORE version " I doubt a little 😃😁

Yes @RockinHarry you are righ @waffelmann it is the A1 and and, is A is the front.
  I imagined this little game because, myself, I was wrong with the German soldier, this seem to be easy but everybodys can be wrong, but with the English soldier I can see the small and large pocket on the pants, small pocket which is on the front and on the right, and large pocket which is also in front but on the left, so space without pockets and on the left, is the right solution.

In 🇪🇸 there is a tradition on the new year

Before 00 oclock, we have to eat (swallow), 12 littles grapes, to keep the a good health happiness all the year 1 grape representing one month, some little cans of grapes are already prepare for this!

But perhaps anothers country have also this tradition, I dont know, anyway a real spanish guy will explain more as me.

I was for years in Canada and the tradition was to eat a dishe with black pea, and pick up hot coals at night, strange but every country have his tradition.

This is why I imagine the 10 secondes but i was wrong, i want to writting 12 sec, it was my last joke from 2022.

Hehe.... okay, no prices this time then. 😁 Well, AFAIK there´s no definitive standard for UV map setup. So I could´ve been wrong nonetheless. Anyway... as long as you figure out and get it working for the poor guys lying face down in the dirt, then it´s all good.😎

I got to admit my new year passed almost unnoticed. I´s busy with things I´s busy with anyway, new year or not. lol 🤪

News on my Corner 

 

Do you remember this ???

 

This is my first Project, I want  give a foliage camo to a german helmet, but like you can see the helmet himself is include in the foliage texture ?

this is how it appear, with a mod, of @benpark if I can remember, I dont have any Idea how I can resolve it , do have somebody idea about ??

I hope that @benpark will not have any objections about using his mod 😉 (take a little time to say that I love your helmets mods camo Ben), anyway is only a test but I am more futher with a wish from myself, but also for @Aragorn2002 that remind me to trying to do something about german helmets camo.

So, if this mod will be helpfull and see the light one day, I doubt...but if yes, please I recommand you if you want to use this futur mod to dont let move yours soldiers on the battlefield to avoid this  !!!!🙄

If this mod is not interresting, I will use it for myself I will use only for the SS, and added all vehicles also with camo but also the british and canadian airborne.

 

...go back to see if I can change something but I doubt also !!

nice!  i was just wishing for something like the foliage on the pak's   yesterday.    it really ups the realism a good notch or 2.

the helmet and rifle foliage also look good.  would there be any way to mix more than 1 helmet camo?  are these close to ready for release?

the forth picture is also a pretty good screenshot.   thank you for your work in providing us the mods that you make. they add greatly to enjoyment of the game.

I did already more about paks all is to see on my  Corner just find the correct pages.

Thank you I am already proud to find a solution to added some foliages on helmets, this was my first wishe since years, today I found the solution, compared to my first version of helmets, from one week ago, foliage and helmets are fixed now together and give a better aspect, I have just to give the right dose of foliages on it, untill now for the us troops, I dont saw too much helmets with foliages, but I can be wrongs perhaps the airborne only I have to check.

For the vehicles and guns this will be more easy, my fear could be that the natural folliage with tree and bushes will also take some strange aspects on the battlefield, also I have to test it.

I will reserve the helmets foliages for the germans ss, paras, and some heer luftwtroops the usual germans will stay without, because for myself, I use already a tag, I recommand on the same time to use the wonderfull mod with helmets foliages from @benpark but also the huge mod from @Lucky_Strike for the Nature, that I use myself both are a must.

Same for the vehicles and guns with folliage but also, I planified to added it to the brit and can as well. 

Some net for artillery guns, for the us troops like I show it already on my Corner, and perhaps also for the germans brit and can.

Hmm !!! I doubt but  I can added a foliage version independant to the helmet linked with another object, this will give a strange view because there will not be linked with the face and the helmet, when the soldier is on move, just see the small clip that I added to understand, I will try to mix it, but I doubt, I think the mod 3d accept only one texture, but I will make some tests, this is also my wish to have some variety.

I will present a model soon just to test it...

Well after all what I am telling this will take time, but yes this mod will see the light.

 I will realised a pack of them but dont know when, I am working left and right of more things, so wait and see I am also working on the same time on the wrecks for CMFB and CMCW and added news stuffs, so again wait and see...

have you solved the pb of the movement?
About the camouflage of helmets in Normandy, in the majority of cases:
the ss rarely use foliage on the helmet covers despite the loops provided for this purpose
the wehrmacht more depending on the units, the example of anti-tank and excellent
the luft and in particular the flak used very heavily
On the side of the allies it is the burlap which is used in particular by the US para
and all British and Canadian infantry
I think you should use the same foliage relief as on the German helmets but with a green and brown burlap texture

Secret moment in my Corner !

No this is not the new module from BFC but a part of secrets of my CMFB !

 

Ok Ok with some bugs and mistakes, but I hope to equip the us army with a correct aspect, before winter come to  replace the usual Willys !😆

I can't remember - Is the "dust" animation during "Dry" weather done universally as an animation that can be swapped out?

I've just had an idea that may or may not be feasible, based upon the above (The Spin Tires games look great)-

One thing that I wish we had was more random dirt/snow, etc. thrown from wheels and tracks, during any type of weather.

I suspect, if the animation is done as one that applies to any/all vehicles (rather than a vehicle by vehicle case- which would prohibitive), this could potentially be modded in. Some general practices would help- "Mud" gets "X" amount of particle debris added (a good amount), versus something like "Snow", which would be less dense, and more particulate.

Busy, busy, though! I may get a second to look this weekend.

Thanks Ben, is of course very nice to see these animations in the game and with the muds and beautifuls graphics this give you mood to play, anyway I guess this will take a lot of memory, I dont have the game so I don t know, find only the graphics and effects nice, and want to share it, just would like that CM could have a little more effects and animations, about traces of vehicles tracks and wheels in mud or snow, they are already the "master" with theirs CM serie, that we like very much, regarding the reallity of the IA engine and more, this will make already a good aspect in the game, personly I find there is almost no difference in graphics and effects about the first game CMSF and the last game CMBS, but is only perhaps my opinion,the pure gamers will of course be agains my opinion, whaterver, thanks to want to take time about mud and effects that we can perhaps take some elements for CM or minimum give me some ideas.

Perhaps a last word about my Dodge jeep, what do you thing about, for now it not finish and I have to find the reason why the wheels not follow, but I will find it, I had the same problem with the Bedford truck that I swap with the Chevrolet for my Canadians, I know also that @Aquila-SmartWargames has also the same problem in one of his video, I have to check how is resolve it!

a  small  nit-pick, the tan web helmet strap isn't like the leather one- the chin cup is made by the intersections of the 'under the chin' strap and the 'behind the ear strap, if that makes sense.
