  1. In this case I think you'll want to insure the 4.01 brz is deleted as well.
  2. Totally understandable given Pakistan's assistance to India in combating terrorism... err wait..
  3. are those unit icons in your OoB from MBT? look familiar.
  4. I am in a pbem right now. I had a team take fire. They suffered a casualty and the turn ended. On the following turn I checked what they were going to do, they had a fast retreat through a gap in exactly the direction I would have wanted them to go. I changed the ending point on the move and let it go. on the next turn they completed the move as desired. @Falaise can you provide a save of that turn for it to be reviewed?
  5. over the long term that will be difficult to maintain. You can certainly keep the installers for various builds, you can even have multiple builds installed at the same time. Matching opponents if you want a pbem though may be difficult and you will have to maintain saving the different installers as the BF download will always be the latest.
  6. yes, just ran one a few turns. I'd doublecheck to be absolutely certain you both are at 2.01 and have the same modules etc. If you do, then contact the helpdesk. Can you run a pbem just using your own machine? Moving the files between outgoing and incoming folders? Can your partner?
  7. my guess is you didn't load the patch quite correctly into the game folder. Check to see if the 4.01 brz is in your data folder and the date stamp on your executable.
  8. This may help in perspective.
  9. Bellingcat has some on their deployment, but not much on actual combat performance. https://www.bellingcat.com/news/mena/2019/04/11/logbook-part-i-the-uaes-bmp-3-ifv-in-yemen/
  10. not sure what foot job is, but I am certainly glad you chose to use that extremity in your expression.. Oh wait yeah I have heard of a foot job... gotta stop googling on the work PC.....
  11. Patch Note - Fixed infantry unrealistically breaking and running from entrenched positions or in buildings when artillery falls on their position. There ya go Sorry I just couldn't resist - it's been a long week
  12. It's a variation on a pirate theme. Dead men tell no tales= Dead men can't spot.
  13. @IanL has a thread with similar idea you may want to look at. I don't have the link handy, but he might
  14. you need to watch the directory they install in. Some times it wants the combat mission directory and will load into the CMBS sub directory and sometimes they actually want the CMBS subdirectory.
  15. You have a brz issue. Either one from another title installed in your directory or missing one. Post a screenshot of your CMBS data directory.
  16. I think I'll be adding this to my list Spearhead: An American Tank Gunner, His Enemy, and a Collision of Lives in World War II NEW YORK TIMES, WALL STREET JOURNAL, LOS ANGELES TIMES, AND USA TODAY BESTSELLER • “A band of brothers in an American tank . . . 17. On chapt. 18 of 23 in this https://www.amazon.com/U-S-Army-Iraq-War-COMPLETE-ebook/dp/B07MX3JDBY/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=iraq+war+US+military+history&qid=1550012851&s=gateway&sr=8-2 Best review of the war in Iraq I have read. Extremely deep and frank analysis demonstrating how flawed intelligence estimates led to poor strategic decisions in a worsening situation. Also a lot of interesting detail for example in reviewing the consequences of escalation of activating National Guard units Most of these units performed well at the company level and below, such as the troops of the Kentucky-based 617th Military Police Company. When ambushed near Salman Pak on March 20, 2005, the 617th Military Police Company responded so ferociously that it routed its attackers, killing 27 insurgents and wounding or capturing 7 others in intense fighting that required the guardsmen to clear two enemy trenches in close combat. One Soldier, Staff Sergeant Timothy Nein, was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross and two others were awarded the Silver Star. One of the Silver Stars was awarded to Sergeant Leigh Ann Hester, who became the first woman to earn the award since World War II and the first woman to earn the medal for close combat.
