rocketman
Looks like a new snow effect with pixeltruppen and tanks being submerged in the snow. Looks very promising. Kohl, you sure have something to compete with. Can't wait any longer for Bulge - torture ....Edit: and at closer inspection, snow that nestles up to the foundation of the house. RockinHarry
Really looking nice! Too bad, vehicles and pixeltruppen can´t leave marks in the snow, due to the everpresent FOW issues arising, although plain graphically it would be a doable affair (like hit decals on vehicles). Also nice to see tank riders. Will this be an upgradable option for CMBN and modules as well?
rocketman
Regarding tracks in snow, at least it should be possible than units that move through snow kick up flecks of snow, much like dust/smoke in other settings.

Bulletpoint
Thanks for the screenshot, but can't help but think that the infantry hold their weapons a bit oddly though - the left hand seems too far up the barrel? If that's because there's only one pose for all weapons, short and long, how about making that pose have the hand lower, as that would go well for both rifles and shorter weapons? Will happily wait another year if you do this Edited December 4, 2015 by Bulletpoint

Bulletpoint
I guess another can't hurt:I like the look of the stone houses, but is there any difference in cover values between floors of wood and floors of stone in the same house? Made to an authentic WW2 Ersatz recipe that doesn't have any chocolate in it. You do need these small gifts to placate the SO while you're spending the holiday period gaming on a PC

A Canadian Cat
Will happily wait another year if you do this I'm going to go out on a limb and predict that you are either the only one or one of a very few that would be willing to wait a year for that. :)

Bud Backer
The low wall doesn't have any snow piled up against it though....The low wall is flat. No angled roof for the snow to slide down and pile up.
Bulletpoint
The low wall is flat. No angled roof for the snow to slide down and pile up. Or maybe the mountanous terrain of the Ardennes prevent windy conditions that would pile up snow against walls

Heinrich505
Kohl, Your mod looks pretty cool. The flames from that flamethrower looked a little close to the MG. I think those lads were holding out marshmallows at one point.Heinrich505

akd
I like the look of the stone houses, but is there any difference in cover values between floors of wood and floors of stone in the same house? These are just textures and can be switched at will. The 3D model itself determines cover values.
kohlenklau
Hey Badge,The Mod referred to is the CMRT axis troops all wearing greatcoats, gloves and some whitewashed helmets with snow terrain midnight requisitioned from CMFI GL.The flames seen are stock from CMRT.
