"Oh dear!" lol Yeah, it takes quite a while to make a video, which is why I am only releasing video of 10 minutes of gameplay per week. Leaves me time to do other stuff as well.
MOS:96B2P
Very cool AAR video @wham. I think this sets a new standard.

This may just have been the nicest thing anyone's ever said about my videos! Thank you! Just released the second part of the battle with the last part coming up in a week. (Don't worry, I won't be spamming here every week.)
Chudacabra
I'm currently playing a PBEM on the fantastic River of Tears map (an amazing piece of work), which has so far been a showcase of things exploding. A Bradley spots a T-90... "Fire the laser cannon!" APS ain't gonna help you now! Edited June 3, 2016 by Chudacabra
Chudacabra
Too much politics in this forum lately. More rock, less talk! A BMP-3 gets the jump on an Abrams... And dishes out nearly 40 seconds of 30mm.... The turn ends and I think "Maybe I've done it! I've finally taken revenge on behalf of the cumulative dozens of BMP-3's that have met their fiery end at the hands of those American steel beasts. I seem to have stunned this monster, maybe the crew will bail out, maybe their gun doesn't work anymore, and I bet they can't see either." But no, not today. Alas, yet another BMP-3 goes pixeltruppen heaven! An A+ for effort! Edited June 9, 2016 by Chudacabra
A Canadian Cat
Classic "I can stay here just a little longer I'm winning this fire fight" moment.

A Canadian Cat
I seem to fall for that trap frequently. Even when I am being self aware I often manage to convince myself that this time it will work out in my favour. Sigh, some day I'll learn right? ?
Chudacabra
Now for a bit more of an even match, I move a T-90 forward to deal with this Abrams. The T-90 scores two lower hull penetrations at 175m. And it still doesn't die! Although at least it now backs up extremely slowly. Plenty of dead infantry to go around. Urban fighting in CMBS is simply brutal, although I think the Russians can do quite well with their preponderance of cheap HE.
Kinophile
River of Tears is a great map. Great mix of open and urban.

Probably the best QB map I've come across. I would have chosen my forces a bit differently, but there's always next time.
Kinophile
Smells like an AAR to me! What unit scale are you at? Battalion or reinforced company?
General Melchid
I can never even see NATO before i'm dead as Rus; I've about given up as it seems broken.

Maybe my next PBEM will get the AAR treatment, but it's rather time-consuming. Battalion or so. Should have bought more breach teams.

I did like that as Russians I often need to use my IFVs to blast gaps, revealing my position, intent and distracting from OW.

John Kettler
Frankster65, I get over to this thread once an eon or so, and I came across and got sucked into your Ukraine Probes East! "Wow!" seems woefully inadequate. Cinematic, well presented, and is this the stock game? If not, which mods and from whom, please? A simply tremendous piece of work. And that's only about 18 minutes in! Regards, John Kettler
