sunger, I believe you have opened some of the MASTER Maps (they are so far only included in MG and CMRT releases). They are intended to be blank and used by scenario designers to cut and use for their own work. Other normal scenarios, you will find, work as expect (but the MASTER maps are so by design).

I think this is just one of those things that take to much time to implement vs the time they will actually happen in game. At some point Im sure BF will revisit this but so far it has just been to far down on the "list".

Seems to be a lot of stuff here. Hope Steve has time to fix/correct this for the next patch and/or the 3.0 upgrade. Atleast the "boot" commander has been corrected.

It will show both ricochets and penetrations. There are also different size dependent on calibre as well as differences between AP and HEAT rounds. Tanks will show decals for 37 mm and bigger. Armored cars etc will show decals for AT rifle and bigger.

Yes there is, istead of ordering the blast command through the hedgerow, order it parallel to it. This way they will not go through the gap.
