    Yes, the standalone missions begin with everything in place unaffected by previous battles. You can obviously edit either side to your heart's content, though. You can also create your own core unit file and follow the manual instructions to recompile the campaign to your own taste.

    This software works beautifully to create stand alones of all the missions of a campaign. I've used it many times without any problems.

    I'm looking forward to it as well. It will be fun to replace the American troops in all the bulge scenarios with CW troops and enjoy a totally different flavor.

    You may be able to whip together simple scenario's quickly, but there wouldn't be any surprises and it's almost all a single player experience... As far as the subject, I'm very well versed in modern air combat. I just don't have the time to do much about it.

    If CMANO had even the simple quick battle capability that CM does, I'd buy it. But it just looks like a lot more work than I have time for to create the scenarios I'd be interested in (which are mostly air to air and air to ground anyway, naval is meh to me).

    The point was just that it's bigger and brighter than the "giant grey download button." I've never clicked anything like that, but a lot of folks damn sure have.

    In his defense, there's a much bigger and brighter green button just above that that says "Start download".

    The Begleitgrenadiers in RT (in the Sturmartillerie Brigade) are a nice match for PPSh toting Soviets.

    It'll be ready....when it's ready. Sorry, but for them to say anything else always causes too much wailing and gnashing of teeth. Seriously though, I doubt anything is coming out in the next two weeks, but BFC has surprised us more than once. CMFI came from nowhere, for instance.

    An ATR in good cover at range will degrade the optics/subsystems over time of any tank, regardless of armor. They are cheap and useful. Don't think they can't contribute.

    Russian air will be successful as long as it's unmolested. If the US/Nato decides to shut it down, it'll get shut down.
