He's going to be quite embarrassed when he grows up and gets it. My nephew is fighting his first CM:BN campaign.....He's picked it up pretty well, but the slow pace of the game means he can only concentrate for so long, which is fair enough for a ten year old TBH.

Cheers dude, TBH I spent last night fixing it (while also conquering Tokugawa Japan).....The main thing I'm hoping to learn from testers is: 'How much of the city did they need to blow up and how many VPs did it cost them for 'Civilian Casualties', if any?' As I designed the scenario my own tests tend to display either pin-point accuracy, or massive overkill.....It's the natural dilemma of self-testing. The version of the scenario that is with @MOS:96B2P and @sburke is painted & pointed identically for 'Civilian Casualties', so their data is still valid and useful to me, despite the other revisions I was forced to make. PS - I should probably add for the benefit of the wider readership (if there is such a thing) that the revisions were made after I realised that a first turn ceasefire scored the player a win (which really won't do in a campaign game), I've fixed that issue and restructured the points to compensate. The values assigned to 'Civilian Casualties' were not effected.

It's a problem that's only going to get worse.....My nephew has already learned how to make basic fake UFO photos in Photoshop, he's ten years old! I must confess to having played a fairly major part in him acquiring that particular skill-set.

I am absolutely confident those guys are re-enactors.....They can look very convincing:

Nope.....I'm British, not American. What I actually meant was 'titbit'.....Apparently the hyphen is not needed. -

It's all there in the first link JK (it appears to contain a big chunk of 'Warriors of God').....Kaplan has his own rather strong opinions (he really liked Abdul Haq it seems), but in this instance I think they are pretty thoroughly borne out by recent events. -

Wardak was one of the original 'Gucci-Muj': Robert Kaplan Abdul Haq http://www.pakhtunkhwa.pk/sites/default/files/Publications/Soldiers of God With Islamic Warriors in Afghanistan and Pakistan [blackatk].pdf So surprised I am not! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abdul_Rahim_Wardak -

Here's a dog that can really jump: I love bull-breeds, they're so stubborn that even gravity has to back down! -
Really classy stuff.

Something about that image screams re-enactors/actors to me.....The focus is just too crisp.

Russian army under equipped?
Sgt.Squarehead replied to lordhedgwich's topic in Combat Mission Black Sea
Says who? It hasn't been tested in action yet, but apparently it soon will be.....I look forward to seeing the outcome. It's quite remarkable how head-choppers keep finding brand new US made weapons lying around in a country that traditionally uses ex-Soviet stuff isn't it.....Must be kind of embarrassing for the US really. -

Seriously? Dude, you should buy it.....While the basic game is a little bit dated, it's still dead good fun and with all the Modules it's an outstanding game. In many ways CM:A is even better. FWIW PS - I'd really like to see the Russians playing a big role in CM:SF II. -
Here we go again.

Try and elevate the gun on a tank like that. Urban assault vehicles of this type will soon start to proliferate, count on it. -
Improvement suggestions

That's a very neat idea.....Presumably you can flick the editor into Red vs. Red/Blue vs. Blue and add the correct weapon types for the side that's supposed to be doing the shelling (as opposed to the one that actualy is).
