  1. I definitely recommend using the Civilian Vehicles Mod as a matter of course, it doesn't take anything away from the game (you can still place forklifts), but it adds loads as you can see.....And I'm not a big fan of mods as a rule.
  2. More T-72 variants and some T-80s are definitely needed.
  3. Olek's gonna love these: You can never have too many AA assets!
  4. One.....The other horizontal item is the roof of the house in the background. More from ANNA: Includes combat footage from inside a T-72, as opposed to from a GoPro on the mantlet, but it also has plenty of that too.
  5. That is my understanding, yes.....Not suggesting you won't see both, but it's not the norm.
  6. Robert Cameron's 'Mobility, Shock & Firepower - The Emergence Of The US Army's Armor Branch, 1917-1945' can be found for free download, here: https://history.army.mil/html/books/Mobility_Shock_and_Firepower/CMH_30-23-1.pdf
  7. This is a misconception.....The AA MG and the radio operator's MG were often the same weapon, it would be removed from the Kugelblende and fitted to the AA mount as required.
  8. This is said to be the armour layout of the Type 10:
  9. Any idea what the crew motivation setting was? EDIT - Just checked in the editor and I'm staggered based on what you've said.....Their settings are not exactly tip-top! I recently replayed the CM:FI Training Campaign in v.4 and to my surprise my US Paras were rock steady under artillery fire, including off-map batteries.....When units under fire did redeploy, they always took cover in sensible places (one building looked like a house party going on, but it was outside the beaten zone and the units found it autonomously).
  10. Same here. The only tile type game I play is Srategic Command, I like the elegance of the system, it's intuitive, but subtle.
  11. Shelling the camps seems a reasonably fair option to me.....But as @MOS:96B2P says, boots on the ground is the only way to be absolutely sure. I'm having great fun with the scenario too, despite having a couple of the most disastrous turns ever!
  12. The vehicle in your picture is a SKOT OT-64 APC, not a BTR. But if you do want a BTR-60, $17K will buy you a nice one: http://www.mortarinvestments.eu/products/armoured-vehicles-4/btr-60-8 Offers on a knackered example here: http://www.russianmilitary.co.uk/details.php?id=165
  13. Probably all the sniping that goes on, from those who contribute rather less, eh?
  14. I bet the guy trying to demo it does too after watching a huge one steamroller his single units.....I always reckon it's better to know what the hell you are doing before reviewing a game.
  15. As you seem to be incapable of opening a DB account, I thought it best an adult step in.
  16. It happens at setup, here's the save.....I've placed one squad on the ammo dump, top left of the setup zone, but they haven't acquired the missiles yet. The Javelin team is bottom right of the setup, try acquiring the missiles and moving the squad to the team for yourself: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1v9wd64spl91o30/JavBug.bts?dl=0
  17. I just tried what @Erwin did, the Javelin team started with two missiles, the squad acquired two from the dump, but when I moved the squad to the Javelin team, my team now had access to six missiles!
  18. Post the turn on the TOC Testing dropbox with an obvious title and I'll copy it to my account and post a link here.
  19. 1st Platoon move in force to clear a forward position for B Co. HQ.....We're taking the fight to the enemy: B Co. HQ stands by, ready to roll out on their (possibly perilous) journey to the new position:
  20. I can't wait to see how you've scripted this thing fella (but as promised, I will).
  21. I'm intrigued by this.....I'm guessing this is the wire/flavour objects combination you described? In terms of scenario writing, the bar just jumped a good few notches upward.....This is very special indeed.
  22. Trust me.....This is one of the most innovative and creative scenarios out there. I am really, really impressed with the clever way @MOS:96B2P has used every element of the editor in a creative way, the Intelligence Briefings that you get IN GAME are a work of genius.
