Oh, I just got asked whether I want to come to bed or "...continue with this silly WARGAME..."

Looks like a tough decision! ;)

I'm sure others will post more screenies soon, time for bed...

[edit: No, I'm not gonna post pics of that!]

Hey Para, hope this isn't too personal, but whose grass is your wife using?

THANK YOU PARABELLUM!!!

Finally, the first screen I've seen of Italians in CMBB! smile.gif

What can I say: simply great! Uniforms are good, helmets are the Mod.33, the L.6 is shining in its colours, the tank CREWMEN wear the EXACT real french-type helmets and their black leather jackets...

G R E A T!!! Can't wait no-more!

A question PB: are they normal infantry? What kind of infantry can you see in the editor?

The "Bren carriers" though are strange. I haven't read of our Army using some kind of armoured personnel carriers used in Russia (or North Africa).

But whatever they are, it's simply marvelous!

Ah... if you can add some more int he future it will be even better! ;) j/k

It would be cool to see even some Romanians or Polish troops.

Thank you man!

 ParaBellum, Kekk, Wolfe, et al, thanks so much for the pix. I went ahead and just printed them, so now the porno pix on my walls are covered over by CMBB screen shots! In fact, I've got a Sturmtiger reloading in my pants right now! Ready....fire!!!!!!!!!! :D

Thanks Andreas.

Maybe they'll patch it in the future, as Parabellum said, as the CV33 was used in good number in Russia, even by the Hungarians.

However, it's just great that the L.6 is there and that it's well done!

Do you know what kind of infantry are there? Alpini, Bersaglieri, CCNN?

From the above picture , I can see that the other inf. squads in the back don't have the helmets, so they can be some Alpinis.

p.s. Barticus: where do you live in Ottawa? I lived there in 1998/1999, when I was just 17/18.

Great experience, great country and great people.

I lived in Ottawa for 10 years (1985-1995)

I loved it but it was very cold...

Now I am in San Diego - any other Canadians here?

Hi Killmore, hell yeah!

It was kinda fun though to walk for that few minutes outside in -40°, and to see water drops becoming ice drops all around your jacket!

Great memories. My english isn't that good, but when I went to school for the first day I just couldn't understand a word.

By the way, I was there as my uncle works at the Italian embassy (Army General, military attache') and he asked me if I wanted to live with him and with my 2 cousins there for some time (they stayed 3 years).

Nothing really important.

Still miss all my friends there, and my russian girlfriend as well.

I lived in Nepean, actually south of Ottawa city.

ParaBellum,

Thanks for the screenshots!

Rollstoy,

My references indicate that the SturmTiger's projectile has as much explosive as a 250 pound bomb, this in a thin walled case subject to relatively low G loads. By contrast, a conventional artillery projectile has to take 100,000 G loads. A 152mm HE projectile weighs about 96 pounds, most of that in metal, not explosive. That's why the blast value for the SturmTiger's projectile is so enormous. Remember, the weapon itself was originally designed to throw a rocket propelled depth charge.

Regards,

John Kettler
