  3. A few dozen? Couple of hundred more like.....I actually made an arc light test called '[Test] Boom I', but had difficulty sequencing the explosions (I wanted them to start at one end of the map and end at the other). I still believe this can be done, but it would have taken more time than I was willing to sacrifice at that moment. The test map used in those experiments evolved into '[Test] Boom II', otherwise known as 'SRBM Attack' (240xIEDs, 45xVBIEDs): Because SRBMs really don't care what order they land in! If anyone would like to experience the full fury of this test map for themselves, send me a PM. There is now a '[Test] Boom III' on my desk, it's a fully fledged scenario (for my OSIRIS storyline) set somewhere on the Iraq/Syria border, however it's on permanent hold while I finish off various 'Heaven & Earth' projects. PS - 'Boom IV' is on the cards too, as @37mm and I discussed elsewhere.....It's set in an oil refinery!

  5. @37mm Do the sloped roofs also include damaged textures? I haven't actually blown one up yet.....Amazing as that may seem to those familiar with my work!
  6. Yup, I'd use those.....I've done similar with the existing versions on a couple of maps.
  7. TBH that table is a hell of a lot quicker to set up than the equivalent play area in CM would be.....Ask a map maker!
  8. Default result of fiat currency & the practice of fractional reserve lending.....It's inevitable, the more 'tokens' there are out there, the less each 'token' is worth.

  14. Buy the CM:SF2 Big Bundle (Base Game, USMC, UK & NATO) if you can afford it.....There's a lifetimes worth of materiel already out there for it. And that's before you mod it into something else:
  15. Gotcha TC. Postcards are few & far between at the moment, the delta map is 2.4km x2km , which means it's taking a while to do, and thus there are still big blank spots all over it, but they are becoming smaller and further apart.....Slowly.

  19. Seconded.....For a small outfit, BF do a fine job. BF customer service is absolutely second to none. How much more do you really expect them to be able to do?
  20. Tip for the sake of your sanity (assuming you are not doing this already).....Build the map with the time set to mid-day, then change the time setting when you are done, so much easier on the eyeballs!
