Don't forget that the freedom of movement in Ukraine right now is mainly restricted to roads due to the spring thaw. 
If you limit your movements to roads in CM, you'll find yourself in a similar position.

OKKO gas station on SW outskirt of Zalissia village (Shield of Kyiv campaign place). After this ambush enemy column of 6th GTR will go further to Skybyn village, and there it will come under artillery strike, which you can see on a video day ago. Indeed all this actions took place 8-9th of March. Russians attacked from two directions: from Semipolky-Zalissiya-Skybyn on E95 highway advanced ВТG of 6th GTR and from Ploske - Hoholiv direction advanced  BTG of 239th GTR and units of 228th MRR with support of units of 400th SP-howitzer regiment. All units are from 90th GTD. Russians forced Trubizh river recently and established positions on it western bank on the line Zavorychi-Mokrets-Kulazhyntsi. UKR forces conducted several probes (like on video with KORD police wipe out 2 tanks with RPG-7) and probably hit enemy column with artillery or aviation on Trubizh river approx. on 8th of March. There is knowingly we lost one Mi-24 in airstrike near Kulazhyntsi. Next day enemy launch the offensive on Brovary and it result you could see on the video. Probaby a video of the strike of the column from Hoholiv direction will come soon.

Most here are probably not old enough to remember it, but I think it was Khrushchev who said “the Capitalists will sell us the rope we use to hang them.” He wasn’t wrong. The corporations will climb over each other to be the first in line to get their profits.  Corporations don’t really care about politics until the politics interfere with their bottom lines. Ukrainan troops reportedly recaptured five villages in Chernihiv oblast. For now there was two names are knowinly from social netwoks. Baklanova Murayivka on P67 road in 10 km SE from Chernihiv city limit and Viktorivka, 27 km S from Nizhyn town.

UKR troops near Viktorivka prepare DJI Phantom IV for surveilanse mission. This DJI drone was popular in 2015-2017. Now mostly DJI Mavic 2 and Autel EVO in use. This is not standard unit equipment, these drones are buying by volunteer funds for militaries requests. This small drones widely use on the level of recon platoons, mortar batteries, SOF etc.

I personally appreciate your contribution to CM over the years - you have searched out things that are historical, factual, and often extremely interesting. Some things on this particular thread are possibly propaganda, maybe to some degree on both sides. I don't mind that - I like to know what propaganda is out there. It's OK to hear this stuff direct, then you can make up your own mind.
Another very common type of post in CM forums is the opinion post - some of it quite well-informed, a bit more of it being 'armchair general' kind of stuff. I find opinion posts less interesting, but a lot of people like them.
Anyway, I'm glad you post the things you find - I have no time to search out any of this stuff myself. I don't like it that others are rude to you - my rather long list of people I've blocked on this forum is made up of rude people, something I can't abide.
Anyway - keep posting. I've always appreciated your diverse posts on CM and I continue to appreciate them

He has a kill distance of over two miles, according to the Mirror, and is known as one of the world’s most deadly snipers.  He crossed into Ukraine on March 1 along with three other former Canadian soldiers after Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on foreigners to join the war against Russia’s invasion. "
I wonder if he or any of the other Canadians had anything to do with the Russian general and other high ranking officers being shot.

Nobody here gets what's such a big deal about them. Russians seem to think that if they are scared of kadyrov's soldiers so much - then everybody else is. Not the first time they are projecting.
Sure, that human filth is extremely violent and sadistic, but only versus unarmed people. Then in the very first battle against an actual army they suffer such huge casualties down to losing a general, who is also kadyrov's bff - that you stopped hearing about them joining battles completely.
Remnants of those will most likely be used by russians to torture and murder people somewhere and commit various warcrimes that are too hardcore even for other russians, but as a combat force they are effectively done for.
