  1. Yup, you know that's right.I've been doing 60 turn 1,000 pointer PBEMs. </font>
  2. More than often i get those in scenarii but they are immediately destroyed by tanks or guns. Any suggestion for an effective use and placement ? For example is there any way to hide them so they remain unspotted ? [ September 06, 2003, 06:40 PM: Message edited by: Thin Red Line ]
  3. PBEM Helper is a wonderful tool, 2 turns per e-mail is a brilliant concept, and the realization is a truly great work! Bravo !
  4. Assault works well with superior numbers and at a distance less than 20m from the defender.
  5. I think the problem shows only when Outlook is opened. Then, 2 files are sent (1 by Outlook, 1 by PBEM H).
  6. You mean you're sending turns with Outlook opened and your opponent doesn't receive twice the same file ?
  7. I predict the scenario average length will magically increase the day PBEM is 1 file per turn only .
  8. I had the same problem (XP user too). You must close Outlook when you're sending turns with PBEM Helper. It's annoying i know
  9. Very nice ! [ September 02, 2003, 03:50 AM: Message edited by: Thin Red Line ]
  10. I guess we must get ready to see this question asked every 2 days now.
  11. I was under the impression that in the current engine Seek Hull Down works precisely by determining a reference point. Give it a try...
  12. Michael, I'm currently playing your Regiment Dies Ten Times scenario, and the 50 turns limit seems right, and is a very welcome change from the usual 30 turns games, although it has less units.
  13. There may be the same kind of bug for guns : When you area fire (with a tank for example) at a gun location showing only a marker, if you destroy the gun, when you look at the kills screen of your unit, the gun will appear as casualty even if the marker is still there and you don't actually have LOS at the "knocked out" gun.
  14. I agree it would be a mistake to split the forums again.
  15. In CMAK we should have remote control (automatic) flamethrowers. They were quite widespread in the Gustav Line german defenses system, according to my sources.
  16. I'm currently playing some CD battles in PBEM (Cracking the Egg, The Seam) and those "vintage" scenarios are still excellent !
  17. Looks good, i started to play it. You should add a briefing and upload it to the Depot.
  18. I wonder why the effect is bigger than an airplane bomb.
