undercovergeek
yeah im in need of a broken house, some sandbags and a tractor or two and a train
akd
*sigh* There are also sack flavor objects that can stand in for sandbags, and then a placeable sandbag wall under fortifications. Not sure about the need for tractors, as Normandy was still mostly horse-powered at this time, no? Can't help with trains.

akd
SHIFT+ALT+LMB click on the building to progressively destroy it (first roof, then leveled). CTRL+LMB on a particular wall to cycle through options on a modular building (various combinations of windows/doors, breached, or removed entirely). Doing the same on an independent building will just cycle between an intact and destroyed wall. Fortifications are purchased under units as they are subject to fog of war.

Wodin
Would it be possible for the Chruch graphics to be looked at? I hate the slate grey look, stand out to me and I feel it should be more of a sand stone colour..
Sailor Malan2
Guys, when modding you need to remember your history. France has been occupied for 4 years, and no one will have had the inclination to do house maintenance (and wouldnt get the materials if they did). Rural France generally looks run down even today. Dirty discoloured walls, no fresh paint on windo frames, and in come cases Germans commandeering the buildings. And soldiers are not renowned for looking after things, even when they are in their own country! And this is all before someone started getting agressive with nast bangy whoosh type stuff... Where are the 'tired' terrain mods?

sburke
question - does leaving out the floor alter the ability to place any fortifications in the building?
Juju
Answer: No it doesn't (didn't even know one could put fortifications in buildings). Leaving out the floor is purely a visual thing.
Broadsword56
Also, if you miss the look of an interior floor on the ground level, all you have to do is change the ground type under the house to something like paving stones in the map editor. Then it will look like a floor again and you won't see grass indoors.
Tanks a Lot
Remember, only 4 of them have that issue with the missing interior floor, the rest don't have that problem.
Gen Von Television
That is a very good mod and news! Please take care to put a note about the missing floor buildings so we can eventually fix it as for the above trick.
