I was an architect in a previous life.

@akd

That's what it was. The old building of 1887 year, which was re-buit in 1959 -  in Soviet times all large public and administrative buidings had big margin of safety for possible warware

These seem a bit too easy to fake to be taken at face value.

It does, but still...

Hah, at the end, he's supposedly "security...command post".

Well, if he's real and if that conversation is real then it would sure help explain why so many Big Bosses are getting smacked...

From blitz to purge in three weeks. Must be a record of sorts.

Could also be he's going to start impounding their planes, and/or aviation fuel is getting pricey.

Best to get your gilded flying toy (and your useless Kardashian-type family) out of Russia to somewhere with fuel, away from Putler's clutches, and let it sit nice and safe in a foreign hanger until all this "unpleasantness" blows over.

At this rate the Russian Federation and alignment of countries will go to the EU or China.

Yikes!

A lot of the Ex Soviet republics on China's border lean towards Islam.  This is likely a perceived problem in China as there is a lot of sympathy for Uighers which get more support from the West than Russia.

Dammit!

Why do people keep saying "Russia has the bigger Army"?  Of the committed regular land forces the sides are at rough parity.  If one takes into account Ukrainian mobilization they have the advantage.  Russian has equipment and material advantage (well they did).

Regardless.  I am wondering if this is a symptom of the UA moving over to more offensive operations?  They are going to see more casualties as the attacker, IF, the Russians have been able to dig in and create an effective defence.

one of the comments mentioned this was BS as trying to pass off as winter in Ukraine.  There is definitely no snow so real or not?

There is a snow now only in Kharkiv oblast (many snow) and Sumy oblast (some less), also probably some on NE part of Chernihiv oblast

Two Ukrainan S-300PS launchers and 30N6 radar destroyed near Svatove, Luhansk oblast. Probably this equipment was destroyed in first strike 24th Feb - there was report of LPR press-service about "Ukrainian radar destroyed in Svatove". The town was captured by LPR forces approx after 3rd of March.

Not sure if its been posted yet (I have had a hard time keeping up with the thread, so appologies):

But just imagine if you crunched this down to 480p or even 144p. Add in some crunchy compressed voice distortion and youve got a pretty good fake, IMO.

Here is your deepfake future. Fake Zelensky:

fake-zelensky.jpg

Real Zelensky:

Real-Zelensky.jpg

Thats just two compression jpg passes in GIMP, no magic tricks. Pretty hard IMO to tell the difference, though there are still some giveaways. But I bet if you had an actual subscription to photoshop? It could be done.

If you cant see it in HD dont trust it🤣

RUS forces pulling out of Belarus to redeploy and reinforce/reactivate Russian invasion?

But these would be garrison level, 2nd tier troops, so I'd question what use they'd be, other than to prevent a total collapse as RuAF exits Ukraine...

Plus, that rattling sound is Lukashenko in his oversize boots...

Claimed to be another intercepted call home from a Russian soldier:

https://www.reddit.com/r/ukraine/comments/tfwild/intercepted_conversation_between_a_russian/

From his claims about his unit size, and lack of "cannon", or even "machine gun", perhaps his "security" role for the command post was more intended to be post-invasion security against civilians, rather than battlefield security against SoF. We've seen POWs from (riot) police units previously, I recall.

While the translation is pretty good, it's possible that the word "battalion" is loosely applied when he's referring to his unit.
