Letter from Prague
I'm looking at the zero resistance wagner is getting from Moscow and I'm beggining to be concerned that Prig might pull it off - he drives to Moscow, Putin says "yup I was lied to you get to kill and replace Shoigu now" and we'll be where we started.

Judging by the road barriers either side of the bridge, and the fact that you can't just move a bridge on concrete pillars embedded in the river bed, and that this bridge is obviously a barrier to navigation by larger boats - it all makes me wonder if this is some kind of swing bridge that is designed to be opened to allow large boats to pass. Edit: yes, just found a webcam of the bridge - it is back to normal again now and traffic moving across it: https://youwebcams.org/online/kolomna/mityaevskij-most/ and just as I look at the webcam (20 mins after the timestamp of the tweet image), there is a small military-looking convoy heading across the bridge with a police escort: Edited June 24, 2023 by TheVulture

I suspect events are past that now. If Prig can make it to Moscow in force and the RA continues to fold, I somehow doubt his loyalty to "The Boss" is so grand that he hands power back to him for a promotion to MoD. This is organized crime, when you take out the Don, you do it to become the Don or he just shoots you in the head later. I think we are quickly passing on off ramps.

By the pic, the bridge is built on pontoons and you can see a vessel pushing it. Doesn't look to me as if it is a construction which swings open/closed several times a day like this swing bridge in UK: Edit: My fault. You are correct. That bridge seems to be back in business again. Edited June 24, 2023 by DesertFox Vulture correctly identified it as a swing bridge
Huba
As usual, Artur is not linking his sources, but according to him there are multiple reports of (small) RU units laying down their arms and surrendering to AFU.

This was clear from the start. Wagner doesn't have the supporting arms or logistics to do anything alone. It has been integrated into army units from beginning to end. The fact that Rostov and Voronezh "fell" without a fight with their military HQs and bases clearly shows the military is in on it. No, any sort of "neutrality" from the military would not have been enough. The "attacks" on Wagner might have been just false-flag operations from the rebel forces to begin this. The forced integration of PMCs into MoD might have been a defensive move from the MoD. Wagner very well might just be the face of the operation. I see this as a full planned rebellion of the military fighting the war in Ukraine.

Surrender now so you don't have to pick sides. In Ukrainian custody really is the safest place to be.

Guys, just a friendly reminder: do not cite VS24 at basically anything without them providing other sources- btw. even if they do gave them, they do not translate them correctly nor understand meanings. My advise, not directed at anyone particulary here, is to unfollow them altogether. Just I like this pic from Moscow so im posting it...

Some Russian units are withdrawing from Ukraine (again, no sources linked, but Artur is quite reliable), but reportedly it is mostly about Spetsnaz, VDV and reserve formations. It still creates perfect condition for breakthrough and exploitation by the AFU. Fingers crossed they can grab the opportunity, Melitopol awaits! Grigb
18:01 https://t.me/Separ13_13/15548https://t.me/Separ13_13/15548 Agent 13 (infamous RU solder in Kherson-Zaporozhye area) Our guys are all for Prigozhin, the guys from the company [hq] called, and everyone said that if anything, we support Viktorovich [Prig]. This is a fact. They are the best sons of Russia. [So far, Prig looks decisive while everybody else looks impotent] 18:09 Hilarious rumor - Prig is acting according to plans of Patrushev (a Russian politician, security officer and intelligence officer who has served as the secretary of the Security Council of Russia since 2008 he is like number two in RU) and Kirienko (top civil servant). Wagnerites could not get the military equipment (including Pansir) without somebody from top. The plan was to get rid of Shoigu and Chemezov (who threatened Patrushev) and then something went wrong. Ru Nats discussing that Moscow is defended by light motorized forces while Wagnerites have tanks and IFVs 18:45 https://t.me/milinfolive/102687 Loyalist position in Moscow looks pathetic and cannot stop anybody, especially Wagnerites 18:49 https://t.me/rybar/48966 Rybar The column of the PMCs was divided into either three or four columns. It is unclear where they are now, because the [loyalists] are digging in at Oka [river] in the Lipetsk region, where they were supposed to stop the advance of the PMCs detachments. But at the same time, there are rumors about forward Wagnerites detachments in Kashira [district] and Serpukhov [district of Moscow region] (locals talk about some kind of shootings). 18:50 https://t.me/akashevarova/6507 RU officers mood Two more quotes from my friends. The first is Wagner, the second is a career military man. "I am a Russian officer. And I will never shoot at my [comrades], with whom I was sitting in the trench." "I am afraid of the order to work [shot at] Wagners more than any shelling at the front. The whole unit is also shocked. No one wants to shoot at our comrades-in-arms." I want them to be heard in high offices. 18:53 https://t.me/etorostov/27186 Governor of Rostov region - everything is fine

Putin is looking weaker and weaker. I wonder if Prig will offer the people a way out of the Ukraine war? Didn't he just recently say it was illegal or something. I think Russians will get on board with that since with Putin the war will only grind on and on with little chance of victory. I'm hoping this current Russian army was reincarnated from 1917.
kevinkin
NY Post Headline this morning: BREAKING VLAD Vladimir Putin’s presidential plane left Moscow early Saturday, sparking rumors that he had fled the Russian capital as the Wagner Group’s mercenary forces advanced on the city. The president’s aircraft was spotted on flight radar flying northwest from Moscow to the St Petersburg area — but then disappeared from the system near the city of Tver, the BBC reported, where Putin owns a large rural retreat. Meanwhile Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov said his forces are coming to help Russia put down the mutiny by the private Wagner Group, which has taken control of one Russian city and gained a foothold in another, creating the biggest threat to Putin’s presidency in his long career.
