MOS:96B2P
Nice screenshots Heinrich. In post #677, did the Tiger take out an entire Russian tank Company? I like the one tank where only the turret is visible above the water.
BLSTK
Woah there. I completely missed that at first glance. Didn't realize The Vistula was infested with alligators. Or was that a "Crocodile"?
Heinrich505
MOS, Thanks for the comments. The Tiger got all but two of the T-34s in that company. One managed to slip by and rushed into the woods, thus escaping death by Tiger. However, their escape was short-lived, as they were ambushed by a HQ unit with panzerfausts. I had accidentally moved the Tiger into that position to repel a different column of T-34s, and when their attack slowed, the unfortunate company on the flank were attempting their rush across the ford. This Tiger was in the perfect position for numerous flank shots. The mostly submerged T-34 had not been shot up when the battle ended, so technically they weren't destroyed, but had time continued, they would surely have become another victim. BLSTK, if it is the "southern" Vistula it is most likely gators... Heinrich505

MOS:96B2P
Ships at Sea - from a PBEM of "The Passage" Nice screenshot. I have not played this scenario but I can't help thinking that these "ships" are sailing into some stormy seas ......... Hope you get some good screenshots of the storm.
Rinaldi
Well, at the risk of bunglin' OPSEC for the PBEM I'll just have to satisfy your curiosity: My opponent has been going cross country trying to reach a natural bottleneck formed by two lakes. I've got better cover but the terrain favors the Panzer IV's ability to get firing solutions faster. Engaging Panzer IVs at 2km is not recommended: Luckily I woke up and started to use that cover to my advantage, I've reached the bottleneck before him as well by using masked routes of advance I lovingly call this 'The corner'. We're both about 4 tanks down, but he's also lost quite a bit of extraneous vehicles. Something tells me niether of our infantry will come into play for a while yet, and hopefully only to mop up shattered Panzergrenadiers clinging to treelines - but its still anyone's game. These two are just because i love the detail that goes into these mods, kudos to Aris's wounded faces mod.Destruction in the wheat field, T34-85's caught in a horrible crossfire of Panthers and Jagdpanzer |V, the line of dead SU76's is to the right rear in the tree line. The second assault wave that caught my Panthers at close range, my Panthers, with help from the Jagds gave a good account of themselves but still paid a price.400m range both kill shots were on the lower glacis plates.Russian tank riders mowed down by my MG34'sAnd again russian tank riders caught in enfilading fire from my HMGS and infantry squads in the buildings. My 81mm barrage laid on the hurt. The third assault wave from the rightThe aftermath of an HE shell from my kingtigerMy AT gun killerVICTORYBut the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves goes to Hauptmann Mueller in Panther 322 Look at that kill feed 30 inf and 6 T34-85's. And yes that is the Hauptmann's body lying next to his beloved Panther. Edited December 7, 2015 by Doc844
