Goodness, this module is practically being made just for you!

I haven't tried, but I imagine you need to navigate to your Steam files location, mine (on a PC) is here:
D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common (but I think I manually set it to go to D not C).
In there you'll find folders for all the games you have on Steam.
Find the CM folder of choice and look inside for the Data folder.  Open it and add a folder with the name Z and then drop your downloaded mods in it.  Obviously extracted, not still in their zipped download form 😉.
As I say I haven't tried this as I don't have Steam versions of CM yet, so if I'm wrong I'm sure someone will correct me.
EDIT: and for scenarios, look in the same CM folder for the Game files/Scenarios folder and drop your btt files in it.

It should have everything available.

There is no borg spotting unless you play on the easiest difficulty, called "Basic Training."

Finding it hard to even get on a Aid unit now, and was going to join my friend in Kiev, but become more expensive. Plus at 65 my wife says i am a bit to old. I remind her my friends 63 and carries a AK without any problem. Plus i do miss Ukrainian food.

I think rules got tightened due to Aid workers straying into enemy territory, and ending up murdered, two were lost on my 2nd tour, but that's because their driver tried a detour. Luckily we had good Ukrainians with us, though did not stop the Orcs from trying to shell us, even though it was obvious we were not military.
