OK, you're on to me Bud. I'll come clean. For every scenario that ever gets made, even if just on your PC, BFC has spyware that knows and they send me a nickel (5 cent coin!).

We get 4 trenches per 10 men. so a 70 man co plus the 2 guns rounds off to 36 trenches.
Optimistically, hey! the graves digging is kind of taken care of!

CMRT lots of tanks, big maps, long LOS, summer now but winter with module
 
CMFI mountains, has snow if wanted, interesting forces, not like CMRT or CMBN.

No CMRT user-made campaigns yet!!!???

I wanted to do a sapper campaign but couldn't get my amoeba coveralls to look good enough.

Not usually in my experience. Sometimes you may see maps from stock scenarios and campaigns show up as quick battle maps. But it will not kill any surprises written in the scenario or campaign. 
Sometimes the after market campaigns or stock campaigns can be unpacked and then the individual scenarios rewritten as needed to be available as scenarios.
But if you download them it probably says that in the description.

Now I will look at benpark's Ortona master map to see what to crop and also look at other maps to slightly alter. borg is helping with the decision maps while he learns the editor. Heirloom_tomato is also going to maybe take a swing at one of those or flesh out one of those battle boxes with a juicy "see-nar-ee-oh" as JonS would say it.

Uncontested divorce, no lawyers. About $250 to file, $100 for co-parenting course, about $45 for rocket lawyer for some deed forms. I've got the 10 acres and semi-finished house without a mortgage and the 2 teenage sons, the newer car with the loan, 2 dogs, 2 cats and the rabbit and all the credit card debt. She got the older payed off car and 39% of my military retired pay for the rest of her life and some nice furniture, the Villeroy Boch china in a blue feather pattern I always hated anyway. I got most of the furniture. She took the 4 poster bed. I am back to having the box-spring and mattress on the floor ala 1980's young bachelor style. The Black Lab and/or Wolf Hound mix have taken it as an open invite to hop in and cuddle. So I can honestly say that even though I'm gonna be divorced I don't sleep alone. Sometimes one of the cats even curls up between my legs for warmth. By 2019 I hope to be all out of debt and start travelling again. Looking forward to a tour of Bagration battle areas...maybe meet me a nice Belarussian lady!

The goal at this Quick Battle Bistro Bar is to quickly serve up something fresh and tasty and get you moving on with your fun.
 
Last night we did some experimenting....
 
Heirloom_Tomato was my first customer. He strolled into the bistro bar and had a seat on a stool and there I was cleaning a cup.
 
"Canadian Army mixed force attacking in light snow December 1943 against a Luftwaffe Fallschirmjager infantry force. Small battle, 30 minutes." 
 
Well, the salesman who sold me the Krupps-Braun EspressoBattleMatic seemed to operate it so easily. I had a bit of trouble and AI groups were leaking all over the place and bits of rarity were floating in the cup. I told him to please return tomorrow and we'd be able to tend to his needs.

My thoughts exactly! A frosty tiger in the z folder hand is worth 2 in the BFC announcement bush.

I read a thread over in the CMBS forum where a player wants more small scenarios due to time constraints in RL. The OP also dislikes the QB force selection that the AI usually comes up with and also doesn't like the loss of FOW if he does a human pick and then plays against what he already knows is there. Sounds legitimate. So, I got to thinking and we all know that is dangerous. 
I first came up with this:
Well, maybe that was not a good idea. Nobody bit at the hook yet.
 
Then I thought maybe just create a folder of these ready to play quick battles? And provide a link to where they are stashed...
If someone wants a 30 minute quick battle with FOW and a human was involved in selecting the enemy force, they have a place to go.
No big briefings, no images, tac maps, op maps. Just right to the battle.
 
What do you think? No offense taken, is it even a good idea? What are the drawbacks?

An entire army has been secretly brought into this sector of the front to support an audacious plan with the potential to change the outcome of the war. 1943 has been a bad year for the Fatherland. On the Ost front, we are still reeling back from the summer disaster at Kursk. Moreover, the loss of both Africa and Sicily combined with the Salerno landings earlier in the fall have made the time ripe for a high stakes gamble to stall and disrupt the plans of our Anglo-American enemies.
Your overall mission is to reach the supply docks in Napoli and stab a dagger in the heart of 5th Army.
You will get the chance to command a variety of kampfgruppes!
Panzer Kampfgruppe Von Wenman.
Fallschirmgruppe Kerner.
Nachshubgruppe Schwartz.
More details will be explained in each battle briefing.
The 5th Army is composed of a mix of both familiar veterans as well as newly arrived green units. You will encounter mostly US troops but other allied troops have also been seen.
Strike with iron-clad boldness! Cross the Musa River at any available bridge. The roadnet in this area is very challenging. Be on the watch for any opportunity to by-pass enemy resistance but follow your assigned rollbahn unless otherwise directed in the battle briefings. Use attached forces to protect your flanks and press on with brutal shock force to the docks at Napoli...
