One of the things that have been grating me is the fact that there's no indication on the website of these, more or less game breaking, bugs being present. By trying the demo of CMFI for instance I could easily be led to believe that things are functioning as they ought to be in the current version. When in reality, I could be waiting for a few months to have the game I paid $80 for to take the shape of what was advertised. That's the real kicker here, lack of information, not the very long delay to see the issues addressed. I wonder what happened to the notion expressed in the sales policy that an informed customer is a happy customer.

    I had to post this.

    I have never seen 1 tank take out 4 targets with 1 shell. SU-85 vs 3 x Puma and 1 x 250/9

17 shoots to kill a Stalin tank. This is consistent with my experience from this game.

The - historical-  facts go to point out that  the last four Tory prime ministers in British history have been incinerated as a result of their policies regarding the EU. Thatcher, Major, Cameron and now May, seem to have find the end of their political careers on the same or a similar shoal. Always loudly demanding concessions from those "exploitative" continentals, always getting them, and all to, inthe end,  have been summarily thrown out of a window by a faction in the Tory party.

    I think this is appropriate...
    I'm waiting for my man,
    Twenty-six dollars in my hand,
He's never early, he's always late,
First thing you learn is that you always gotta' wait...

Being the world's most famous Puritan I obviously have no idea what this is about. And on no account was I tapping my foot the whole way through it.

Graviteam is not a huge team.  Its a few guys.  Their PR person is the main dev.  He can be a dick, but part of it is a language issue, with a little cultural issue thrown in.  Graviteam responds daily to comments in their forum on Steam.  And they do basically monthly updates to address any issues that come up.  And they are very interactive with their customers on issues with the game and suggestions for change.

hey BG  I just came to start and learn some on the westwall and bulge scenarios when I stopped again, turning my attention back on CM in february. Likely got to (re-) learn all of WITW game mechanics again it seems. At a later time (early summer maybe) I´ll get back to you regarding PBEM, if nothing else gets between.

I think you will find this game more enjoyable than playing the Italian Campaign in WITW as the Allies. I would rather have a couple teeth pulled out tbh.
Give me a shout in a few weeks time if you want a PBEM buddy for WITW.

First job for a European Army. Clean the English Lager Louts from the beaches of the Med this summer with extreme prejudice.

It's been happening for while - and accelerating with an eye to the future with Trump's unpredictable bossing / isolationist contradictory attitude expressed within a sentence or two at times.
An EU military* (not just Army) like any company restructuring would means less doing more  - if US does a dump on NATO for whatever reason.
Interest Growing in European Multinational Tanker Force
LONDON—More countries are showing interest in joining the Netherlands-led Multinational Multi-Role Tanker Transport Fleet (MMF) as the organization gears up for the delivery of its first aircraft next year.
The Czech Republic could be next to sign up to the program, which already has the backing of Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Norway, who are together establishing an eight-aircraft unit of Airbus A330 tankers to be based in the Netherlands and Germany, Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) Col. Jurgen van der Biezen told Aerospace DAILY.
European nations have been working to try and boost their aerial refueling capacity after they were criticized for being forced to rely on U.S. tankers to carry out missions over Libya during the air war in 2011.

Fair enough, Slippy. Point taken. And for what's it worth, I'm an Anglophile, addicted to Six Nations Rugby, Endeavour, Rory Clements and so on and so on. Always was, always will be.

Either point him to a post describing board etiquette, or assume he's still relatively new, at 12 posts, and let it pass.
Or, you can do what you did which is  less welcoming, helpful, or instructive.

I could well opt for Grigsby´s WITW (I got that for 25 $ including Torch module , sales + 13 year old MG coupon), or HOI 3. But i´ll better get going with the DAR again.

I don't think the EU needs an army, NATO will probably be reformed within the next decade.
Brexit is yet another example of why a referendum result needs to obtain a supermajority in order to be binding.  Not to mention also that those forgetting that wide consensus is always more important than internal party power politics do so at their peril.
