  1. Had a buttoned T-34 (Green, 0 Leader, 0 Motivation) moving around a corner in hopes to shoot at a moving in reverse 250 HT (that I haven't spotted yet in previous turns) at 125 meters. It was able to swing around the corner and spot that 250 HT in one second and Shoot couple seconds later and hit. I figured it would've taken at least a Full-Spotting Cycle (if at all) before it was able to spot and shoot. By then that HT would've moved out of LOS behind a building/wall. Gotta Love these Modern Stabilization/Optics in WWII Tanks.
  2. Playing CMFB and in one turn my M4/76 (Green, High Motivation, -1 Leader) was moving in reverse and Spotted, Fired, and Hit a PZIV 75 meters in woods all within a few seconds. Following turn, same M4/76 was again moving in reverse and Spotted, Fired, and Hit a Self-Propelled Wesp edge of woods at 500 meters. Enemy Wesp was even Stationary that turn with Armor-Arc (my M4/76 didn't) and still managed this. Gotta love these Modern Optics/Stabilization Tanks in WWII
  3. WOW!!!...Mr. 'Moon' is still around. That was many a long time ago.
  4. Keep in mind that in some scenarios the Attacker/Defender may already have some intel of enemy positions before game starts. This will lead to enemy firing on your positions (that you think are hidden) at ranges.
  5. Don't worry about it too much, guys...Well get something from @BFCElvis by end of January next week.
  6. Same here, Stefano...For some reason I'm having the same issue and sent a Support Ticket.
  7. I too had all three CMx1 Games and remember those 6 movement buttons, they worked Ok enough (thou, had a clunky feel)...However, I'm really happy that CM went to this newer way of mouse movement (which are similar to most games on market). Come On, HBlake, you will get use to it and never look back
  8. Yeah, my first memory of Toy Figures was probably 'Star Wars', 'Planet of the Apes', (6" figures) or even the 'Six Million Dollar Man' (12" figure). I do remember having an interest in those expensive 'Victorian style Doll Houses (speaking of being a possible 'Sissy'), and saying to myself, "How much would it cost to go from the cheap furniture/decor to an elaborate upgrade".
  9. Ummm, Your Freaking Old, Sequoia !...Thou, I'm not too far behind you
  10. Luke, I'm your Father. Come Join the Dark Side...That's an Invite for a Small CMBN QB Meeting
  11. Yes, All-Star-Blazers' was one of my Fav Anima back in the day. Also, to include others (Anima, and non-Anima): Godzilla, Gamera, Ultraman, Johnny Sokko and his Flying Robot, Thunderbirds, Space 1999...Ahh Yes, the Good Ole Days
  12. If you move MG Squad into a building, then use 'Face' Command, then use 'Deploy' (or is it the other way around) they will have a better chance of deploying...However, it will still take 2-4 minutes for them to finally Deploy their MG. Also, once your MG Squad is finally deployed, it can also be moved to another window (using 'Face' Command) while retaining its deployed status. If deploying MG Squad behind a Hedge/Wall it will usually deploy within 1-2 minutes (w/o necessarily needing a 'Face' Command). Ofcourse, all of the above will depend on Moral/Suppression levels, etc.
  13. I've had this same Teleportation issue when playing CMFI...I had an M5 Stuart near a Vineyard on sloping terrain, and it teleported about 25 meters away in a split-second...Interesting for sure (not the first time it happened).
  14. I like most everything about CM...However, I have a problem with the fact that you can't Target a 1 Story Structure with your Inf/Vehicle because a small Hedge/Wall in in the way (thou, can target a multi-level structure)...Maybe one day this will be changed to some degree.
  15. When you purchase a Formation that includes Arty, look for that Arty (by opening up each Company, Platoon, etc), then next to it should be an option to change from On to Off Map (thou, not all formations allow for this).
  16. You may also need to enter your product code using the 'Activate New Products' app located in your Data Folder...Once activated you should see v2.12 and a logo showing a 'Red Star w/Explosion at bottom of splash screen.
  17. It's possible that German Units are Green vs Vet Ruskies, or the Ruskies have Intel of German Units ahead of time and reason for getting spotted quicker?
  18. If worse comes to worse, you can always go on FleaBay or Amazon and get CD's of BO, BB, or AK for dirt cheap.
  19. Unfortunately, I think Modern Titles with their advanced Binos/Thermals are showing their uglies in WWII Titles Either that, or the Troops in a particular Scenario already have some % of pre-game Intel of Enemy Locations.
  20. Umm, George...I will pretend I didn't hear that
  21. Oh, Very Nice Indeed, @RockinHarry... Now, if we can somehow take the HT Passenger area and apply it to Fox Holes/Trenches so Troops are at least Chest Height (for that deeper trench look w/function)...Heaven I say Anyways, anything to help elevate some of the HT Gunner/Passengers casualties...And, at the very least it looks better.
  22. @weapon2010...There should be a Red Star w/explosion Symbol at bottom of Splash Screen, and v2.12 at corner right.
