Oddball_E8
I noticed that alot of your "old" stuff for CMFI didnt include the mainland and muddy versions (for obvious reasons). Are you going to release an updated version of those sometime soon? I already "fixed" the PzIII's because they were driving me nuts with their mix of textures. Also, will we get truly muddy vehicles for the muddy versions too? Right now its just the same thing but with muddy tracks (and sometimes not even that)
Fuser
I will update FI vehicles time permitting, adding extra mud, of course. In stock bitmaps mud was also added to hulls but vehicles don´t look like pigs jumping in muddy puddles either...after all, weathering balance is like advanced physics,..hard to learn and understand.

kohlenklau
Any mods out there that might look good in a Bulge Ardennes December 1944 format? We are trying to have a little fun using CMFI GL as Ardennes. Thanks gentlemen.
Aragorn2002
Fuser, would you consider to make a mod for the 88mm Flak in CMBN please?
Fuser
88m Flak for CMBN,...ok...no problem, after I finish the American Halftrack MegaPack (M15 and M16 included) for CMFI/GL, that is, . @kohlenklau: adding snow covered vehicles (if that's your idea)for CM will be plain impossible for a modder (or even 2 or 3 modders working continuosly) since the amount of vehicles is HUGE (and modules being released faster and faster now). Adding plain two dimensional snow to such detailed 3D vehicles will be ...hard (impossible to depict realistically?¿) too, whitewashed vehicles will be possible, but forget to add volumetric snow to fenders, hulls,...actually I am curious to see how devs tackle that for future (winter based) modules, for example, mud (2 dimensional, looks like a decal, BTW), wasn't added too well for GL IMHO, as it lacks ramdomness (all wheels and tracks in the game have the same texture and pattern for mud in the game). Skies, horizons, are much easier to accomplish.
kohlenklau
Aris, I pm'd you for the horizons project. For vehicles I wasn't actually thinking snow camo but more of the specific patterns of the basic colors you start to see for Bulge AFV camo for the Axis. Below just for example...
Erwin
What surprises me about many camo pics is that it's hard to imagine that as good camo for dense forests in winter. I suspect reference books get their pics from museums where everything is tarted up.
Fuser
Museum vehicles look like toys to me too.
kohlenklau
OK, let me not show any pictures, I wasn't there with a camera! I ask only that we get some a few, a handful of specific Ardennes AFV's. If the modder researches and decides what he thinks was there and creates it, then we can roll with that. Thanks.
kohlenklau
ok, just one last picture...only in a museum?
Baneman
ok, just one last picture...only in a museum? If anything, I'd think that was an autumn colour scheme. Winter ... not likely.

mjkerner
Ah, but maybe it's an autumn scheme that never got camo'd?

Aragorn2002
Great job, Fuser. About that 88mm Flak, would you mind doing the 75 mm Pak too? It would make CMBN a lot better to look at. Sorry about my insolence, but if you won't, nobody will.
