phil stanbridge
Aris, the cmmods download is corrupt apparently. Plus I've had to download zip-x to get it to unzip - is this right?
Fuser
Is it? Oops, then...I will upload it again tomorrow evening , and yes, you may need zip-x...

Wilhelm Heidkamp
It's working perfectly here. I downloaded it and unzipped it with Winzip (last version, 15.0). No corrupt, no problems and all is fine in game. Well, fine is not correct. The new terrain is awesome.

para
New version of winzip or bitzipper needed to unzip these files. Once done it's all there
Chris69
New version of winzip or bitzipper needed to unzip these files. Once done it's all there 7-Zip does the trick as well, and it's open source and stuff. For all other cheapskates out there. Thanks very much, the terrain looks terrific.

Wodin
Hurrah it works,,worked with win zip after I re downloaded it but still didn't with 7 zip.
Fuser
Winzip 15.0 allowed me to compress the Mod and achieve files of less than 75MBs. Later, I realized that the Repository doesn´t allow zip-x files Use WINZIP 15.0 TO UNZIP.
rocketman
How will this work with the earlier gridded version of terrain? Or is a gridded one included?
Fuser
Included
phil stanbridge
Got it to work eventually! Had to download 7-zip and extracted the files that way. Thanks Aris, will enjoy now!
Wiggum
Great Work ! Maybe i dont understand it correct but why cant you just use a normal .zip ? Have the same issue and installing a new program just to unzip 1 file is a bit...ahhh.
rocketman
I tried using 7-zip (64 bit version) and for the doodads got some 20 error messages like: Unsupported compression method for "Previews\Bridge 2 Stone.jpg etc. But they might not be important, or?
Hister
Great, downloading now. Will see what kind of trouble I get into when trying to unzip it Fuser (or shall I call you Aris like the majority here does?), maybe you can arrange the first post now that the work has been done, adding screenshots? Edit: Winzip16 is not able to decompress this so it is really needed that you guys open it with winzip 15. Edit 2: Don't know if I like this - colours seem to washed out especially for the grass. First level in Courage and fortitude looks like it is being fought in south Italy and not like in a lush green Normandy.

I got the same message. It suggests its just the previews, which we don't need to worry about.
Erwin
BTW Fuser: Does this terrain mod completely replace your older one?
Fuser
Ok, I will upload the Mod in a single package at CMMODs in normal ZIP format this evening. This mods completely replaces my older one. Main grass textures (and gridded ones) remain the same as Version 1 so you can safely delete my previous mod if you want. Hope that you like it, but, I understand that´s impossible to please everybody. It´s free anyway so feel free to send it to the garbage can with no guilt feelings, hehe.
Fuser
I am trying to upload the Mod to the Repository in 3 Parts (Rar format). This will avoid the problem with the error messages when extracting the previews.
