Supplies in Jeeps, Trucks, Etc.
AttorneyAtWar replied to Col Deadmarsh's topic in Combat Mission Battle for Normandy
I agree with everything you said, a UI/inventory over haul would be lovely. -
Hmm, some very interesting and unexpected changes, especially the infantry "cower" change, I can't wait try it out! Thanks Chris.

Well you can take it however you want, but the point is that that is a good idea, and probably worth a thread somewhere. -

Aw back to the old wiggum, well it was nice knowing the reasonable side of you for about 30 seconds. -

As long as it can be toggled on/off I would love an option like that, it would be great for beginners to show how they can make use of terrain. See, bring up an idea instead of just bashing a part of the game and I can easily agree with you! -
Armata soon to be in service.
AttorneyAtWar replied to Lee_Vincent's topic in Combat Mission Black Sea
It seems Armata will also be equipped with a never ending supply of tarps. -

Well, your posting in a thread Chris made right now...and Steve frequently drops clues or answers questions in some threads if he is asked directly. -

Once again, an extremely vague and negative post. What has gone complained about and unfixed in 8 years, and why do you think BFC ignores the forums (Especially when I see Steve and Chris posting quite frequently). Elaborate on those points and you may actually start to effect change. -

What is the point of typing anything with that mindset, if you think nothing will ever change what is the point of complaining and whining about it in every single thread, I would have no problem with it if you went from saying "BFC DRM is horrible it needs to be fixed immediately" to "BFC DRM is horrible here is what I think can be done to improve it". One makes you sound like you are just whining, especially when its every single post you make, and the other is constructive and applies a new point of view. I have been critical of BFC on many a topic, but when I did complain I like to think I tried to suggest something afterwords instead of just saying "this sucks". -

Dude, you need to hug a kitten or something, do you have anything positive to say, or at least constructive? -

Instead of just saying its bad, how about you elaborate on what made night combat "bad" in Shock Force, because I don't remember much being wrong with it. -
t90 vs Abrams(test1: open field,armour)
AttorneyAtWar replied to Lacroix's topic in Combat Mission Black Sea
Yeah unfortunately crews do not experience "stun" effects when there vehicles are hit, vehicles only suffer performance issues if crew are killed or modules are damaged. I would really like it if vehicles took a huge penalty after being hit, especially by a 125mm tank shell. -
SLAP rounds for the .50 cal are nasty.

Like I said, support isn't bad because of a faulty email, if you submit a ticket or post on the forums you are pretty much guaranteed a response in at least a day, I am sorry you waited that long for the email, but that doesn't condemn the entire support structure which is working just fine.
-
No, all of the problems support have fixed in a short amount of time says a lot about support, how long have you been here? not even a week and you think you can say support is bad because of a faulty link? Yeah ok buddy.

If you think Battlefront's DRM is "worse than pure evil" you have no idea what you are talking about. Battlefront's DRM is actually one of the best ive encountered, and no I am not saying that as a fan boy, there are far worse than CM's, be happy that you don't have to login to Combat Mission each time to play it.

I understand that, but its unfair to say that the quality in the screenshot is the same it would be at if the game was shown on "best", you are absolutely right though, overall graphic quality at its highest probably won't be any different than Black Sea or Red Thunder. -

Did you read my post...? You can ask for a reactivation license at any time, you don't only get just four, there have been plenty of users who have asked for reactivation's after they used up 4.
