I'm kind of in the middle.I start the game just clikcing on HQ units,and independent type units like Scout teams and Snipers,then when I make contact it is slow and easy and every unit gets personal attention.At the start of the game I click Hunt on the HQ units and let them find the enemy,I trust my subordinates to find the bad guys,but once the shooting starts I become a front line commander. In the trenches with my Men personally directing them where to go so some 21 year old 2nd Lt. doesn't get half my Company killed.Also,I only play WEGO.Real time will give you a Heart attack,and you miss so much with RT.I tried RT once in CMSF and looked across the map only to find a whole Squad dead and never finding out what killed them.:eek:

Some dumb ass Colonel came along and told them to drop thier rounds on another AO.

Also want to make a quick note to talk to some of the Men that were there,on either side of the fight.We are losing hundreds of WWII vets a day and we need to talk to them while we can and hear thier accounts first hand.Go to the local V.A.,or American legion or VFW or Nursing home in the States.Not sure where to seek out these Heroes in other Countries,but we need to listen to the stories of the Greatest Generation while we can.

Also a good idea to have some Infantry pop some smoke,then run thru the breach and hit the dirt with a wide cover arc out to the front and sides,Tank works best if you have one,but Infantry will work if no Armor is available.

I finished the Campaign,Loved it.I was also crazy with the shooting up everything,and let me tell you.when I reached the point of getting resupplied,I was like a Kid at Christmas.Just starting a second run of this awesome Campaign and this time I will make different choices to see what happens.I will also conserve ammo a lot more.
