Task Force Thunder Mission 1 - Why the mines?
Sgt.Squarehead replied to Capt. Toleran's topic in Combat Mission Shock Force 2
Move your breach teams to the marked location. Have them move around a bit until they spot the mines. Use the 'Mark Mines' order. Move vehicles throught the marked mines slowly and keep your fingers crossed. -

A variety of guns were mounted on that carriage, from the 152mm Br-2, through the 203mm B-4, to the truly monstrous 280mm Br-5 (although this latter was a rarity with only around 45 produced). Fairly sure the gun above is the B-4, as discussed in detail here: -

I'm afraid not.....I basically follow the core of Bil's rules, but skip on the written orders because I hate book-keeping. -

I'll run my test to my usual 'lite' format (similar C2 rules, no written orders).....It will be interesting to see how rapidly information spreads accross the various radio nets (CM is actually VERY generous to the Germans on that front). -
The most "must need mods"
Sgt.Squarehead replied to Armorgunner's topic in CM2 Scenario and Mod Tips
You can just install to a different directory on the same computer.....Keep in mind that some files (those in User/Documents) are shared between installs, so mods need to go to each game's Data/z folder at the install location (create a z folder if you don't have one). -

@MOS:96B2P Any chance of a look at the 'historical' TOE.....Wondering if we get any Flammpanzer IIIs (are they even in RT)? -
Same goes for the RPG-29 in Uncon units (by Red standards, at least), it's pretty much the only NVG equipped weapon they have.....I often wonder whether this is why the AI leads with RPGs so often in the modern titles? In CM:SF1, the grandaddy of all these games, the RPG-29 was pretty common for Fighter units and sending it out front to spot makes good sense. I'd be inclined to agree with this statement.....I also believe ATGM teams are spotted too easily.
