pcelt
If your order status is "shipped" it should be OK but you should have had an email when it shipped with the date indicated and you could check with Helpdesk to clarify that aspect. Cheers
erik62
Ok, the box arrived today: 17.90 pounds to pay, but at least it's here. :-)
phil stanbridge
I collected mine today too - £17.90 to pay also but hey ho! I shall be downloading the other modules only, I can't afford another hit like that!
Battlefront.com
Off the cuff I'd say about 20% of UKers are getting whacked with this wonderfully inflated bunch of fees. The VAT is perfectly legitimate, unfortunately, but that processing fee is a flipp'n tax by another name. Steve
cillmhor
Arrived yesterday with a £17.90 fee.

Calibration
My steelbox arrived in Leicester fine and I didn't have to pay a penny extra I guess it was shipped on May 23rd or before. That's when I got the email.
Zatoichi
I got my £17.90 ransom note from the post office yesterday (shipped 18th May), I guess I'm luckier than the poor lot who got stiffed by Parcelfarce for nearly £40, but not as lucky as the rest who got it for 'free'. Ho-hum. It's what I was expecting to be honest, it's just a shame BF don't see a penny of this additional money - I'd rather it went to them than the thieving posties and useless government.
General Chaos
I'm in Worcestershire, UK. The Steelbox was shipped to me on 18th May according to an e-mail from Battlefront, but I still haven't received it.

Nickmow
Only just found this thread, mine turned up about 12 days ago, no extra fee. Gutted to hear that some chaps have had to pay nearly 18 quid extra, Rip Off Britain at its worst.

jameshr4
Just got home to find my random note £8 handling charge you ripping off b******s! Royal mail that is!
Holien
Arrived today, dented and with a £17 and some pennies charge... Not very happy about it but what can you do. In hindsight I will get friends in America to post in future and avoid all this crap..... The $80 value is misleading as it really should be $60 or the value we actually paid. (I forget off the top of my head what I paid as it was so long ago, well more than 2 sleeps ago for an old man....) At least I have it and can read the manual, just. The brown on brown was not the best of print choices IMO... But that has been covered by others elsewhere who were told to stop complaining... But then I am a Pom.... Ohh yeah £8 handling charge is a bit steep!!!

dieseltaylor
Marioa - it was on your e-mail advice form when you paid AFAIR. And I suspect if you log in a customer it may have it there also. It is NOT on the box.

Sergei
Please who can i find my elicense key? The manual has nothing impressed as serial number. In my box the registration key was on a sticker inside the box, under the game disc.
greg hughes
....with the 17.90 GBP charge (customs charge and profiteering). That's twice for me this year (I bought SC WWI as well). Love Battlefront though, great games and support. Just hate this kind of exploitation by the Gov! Greg
para
PJMaybe also got done for £17.90...I haven't even got mine yet
TheGreatRadish
Mine arrived today complete and undamaged but with a sticker claiming £17.90 on the packaging saying "this package cannot be delivered until the charges are paid". Eh, what? They did deliver it and I have got the package now so they ain't getting a penny of my money, sticker or no sticker. It just gives a phone number for "queries" about the fee. You couldn't make this up.
