Sequoia
Any word on Battlefront's next move gentlemen? No sir, there's a definite buildup in both the Ukraine and Belarus but we don't know where they will strike first. All our scouts keep getting assimilated and turned into Beta-testers, it's like fighting the Borg. Have you tried bribing them with wine for information? I heard that sometimes works. We would sir but it's winter now and nothing can get though to Maine in the winter. Our best hope is a leak somewhere on the net. That's worked for us in the past. Very well keep looking. Perhaps we'll actualy get some word from Battlefront themselves. You never know though. They're sneaky bastrds.
Mord
I am in the bunker looking to the east myself. I am hoping my binocs pick up some movement...either from 70 years ago...or right now. I'll be happy either way! Mord.

A video of a Panther being killed by a T-34/85 because of the "shot trap" would be awesome, indeed

Chops
nice thing about the Russian "heavies", they slice right through German armour, no need to worry about the Shot Trap. Hmmmm, this was posted in another Thread. Now how would Sgt. Joch a Beta Tester, know about this? I guess he reads a lot.
pnzrldr
Wow, either way you look at it this is sort of like Lewis and Clark, only in reverse!
Michael Emrys
Wow, either way you look at it this is sort of like Lewis and Clark, only in reverse! What, you mean the Native Americans canoeing over to Europe to do a survey? That could get interesting. Especially if it turned out that they were the ones to first develop gunpowder. Definitely could be a CM game in there. Michael
ZPB II
I've heard rumours that there's going to be tanks, there's going to be shooting and then there's going to be stuff blowing up! All in 3d! None of that text-adventure stuff, no sir.

And Tecumseh defeats the Americans before deciding to give the Brits the boot as well, thereby uniting North America under the Six Nations flag... db_zero
Will there be Commissars backed up by the NKVD to make sure the troops are properly motivated? Personally I find the 41-43 period to be more interesting. In any event I'll pre-order.

Saferight
Has it been said if the time frame of the first release will be from the start of Bagration to August? Or later?
Michael Emrys
Will there be Commissars backed up by the NKVD to make sure the troops are properly motivated? *sigh* [Nostalgia time] Back in the days of CMBB (that's right, kiddies, back when we still had to turn a crank to get the lights to come on), I toyed with making a scenario called tentatively "The Battle of Derdishortz" in which would appear a political commissar named Comrade Djerkov. Alas, the project never saw the light of day and all my aspirations in that direction have completely evaporated. Michael
DLaurier
CM Ost Front. One of the games I'm eagerly waiting for. The other being CM Poland and France 1939/40.
