ZPB II
Yet again we see the true face of the terrorists backed by the West. A salafist commander cuts out the heart of a SAA soldier and takes a bite. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTrXYX0XhE4 I am disgusted that Western governments back up these degenerates. How limp, weak and blind we are. Yeah, the Syrian government sucks, only fanatical islam sucks way more. It's **** like this that makes me hope al-Assad stays in power forever and burns these dogs. Vark
If somebody develops a missile that homes onto the human voice, chanting Allah U' Akbar, this lot will be in trouble!
Nidan1
Luckily none of the FSA video missions require sound discipline.
Vark
You can see why professional soldiers kill this lot by the truck full, when allowed by their ROE
Alan8325
Watching the FSA fight and reading about the poor cohesiveness between factions makes me wonder how they have gained so much territory in Syria, and that isn't even considering the technological edge that the SAA has. Is it mostly sheer numbers and local support in Sunni areas that has allowed the FSA to take and hold territory?
Nidan1
It could be that, and also the Syrian Army may be spread too thin to make decisive moves in so many different large towns.

John Kettler
Well, here's a new plot twist, together with a real headache for the modders--female FSA warriors! Yes, warriors. There are some botched captions in the piece, but it's quite the read. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2327345/Hidden-face-Syrias-armed-rebellion-Kurdish-female-fighters-pick-arms-Assad-pushes-forward-rebel-held-land.html Regards, John Kettler
Joshua22
Thx for the link John, at least it's shedding some light on that conflict. For me, and I think many westerners too, it is all very confusing. Russia *and* Iran working together...? The West backing up Muslim fundamentalists? Israel doing their thing, Lebanon too, and hey whaddyaknow Turkey is involved too now. All I know is that I don't know very much. Still to see so much destruction sure is sobering, reminds me of Grozny.
Schmoly War
Not Syria, but some interesting combat footage nonetheless. Confusion reigns supreme. Its some of the best examples of chaos Ive seen regarding combat. Kids can embarass your army.
