  1. We were talking about the Valentine. I don't think it would be quite valid on the frontline during the module's timeframe. I'm pretty giddy for the Emchas, though. Anyway, that was a pretty nice hint, Elvis!
  2. Wait, there's no Valentine in the modules we currently have. Is that for Rome to Victory? Also, thank you for the changes to the SVT's availability. Soviet junior officers in most formations still use the regular grunt model, though. EDIT: Uh oh, looking closer the SVT has no magazine in the idle and firing animations.
  3. @CMFDR, I summon you! And @Falaise might want to share his retexture, why not?
  4. Russians have massive pre-scheduled HE. Americans can sit in a ditch and bring HE down any time they want. Germans just pretend they're stronger than the others because they barely have available artillery that's heavier than an 81mm mortar most of the time. And either way, if you're in a tank, no matter the nationality, you will always be glad to put another HE round into the target. And another. And another.
  5. These are GI's in M43's (late war then) walking next to a knocked out late Pz IV (either H or J) painted in a typical Italian theater camouflage pattern, in an Italian (probably Northern Italian) scenery. Pretty relevant imo. You can still see that the rifle pouches are misaligned with the belt texture on the M43, which is a problem on the paratrooper's M42's as well, to add up on that. The belt is too high and the pouches are too low.
  6. Oh, right, I remember that. I said I got scammed out of 500 € in that thread, however it happened shortly after I bought my first two CM games, but also after buying some Steam games (I'm a regular patron). Really, if you get scammed like that, you can only guess why it happened in the first place. Now, back on topic.
  7. Well, as said earlier the AI is not programmed to, or in other words is too stupid to counter those.
  8. I see you retextured it. Shouldn't be harder than putting a bit of white pencil on the skins, really.
  9. The best time to do that kind of thing is at the start of a project. It's a bit too late for that now, yeah. How often was stuff like Git used just before 2010? Because I figure it would have helped a lot. How much has BF changed its working methods after the OG CM's?
  10. Don't expect Flak to be that effective, especially with just two guns.
  11. Lies, he would have done it all with a 1911!
  12. Basically false advertising, damn you Battlefront!
  13. Maybe you would after having consumed a bottle of schnapps and carrying a Panzerfaust.
  14. This camouflage is applied in a pretty regular way on this picture. The one at Saumur and in @Sgt.Squarehead's post looked a bit more creatively applied.
  15. Wow. I actually have never seen that exact paint job, or at least the fact that it's in black and white left less of an impression if I actually did see it before.
  16. The paint-job is a little... artistic. But it's in a very good state, and it's beautiful. What caught my eye as well is that Sherman with markings from the 741th Tank Battalion. You know, those guys who assist you through quite a lot of CMBN campaigns and scenarios?
