Thanks for posting those gorgeous screenshots. Before in depth analysis could you please post few screens from above the ground and what exact Reshade settings you use. They are even more important for older players and this is to much saturated for them, but I think this can attract younger generations to give a try to CM .

Original horizons are I think Aris work for kohlenklau Bulge project. I just modify levels/ contrast and include them for use with War Movie ADVANCED (Alt-M) mod (in Dropbox 3 folder).But default CMRT horizons can work very well. They just need little winterizing. On schedule list. Glad that you enjoying Winter Mod.

Those shaders only change the look of the rain particles and rain weather conditions. They do not simulate physical behaviour of snow particles. “Background rain.wav” is a mix of CMRT default “background fog.wav” and “background wind.wav” to simulate sound of snowy conditions. It replaces CMRT default “background rain.wav”. For “real snow” You will have to wait till official Winter Mod Pack.

Thanks guys! Just as a note. Those are raw screenshots. Only black bars and logo added. No Photoshop color correction, NVidia display settings or any other postproduction outside CM. Only CMRT + Winter Mod + War Movie ADVANCED shaders tweaked for snowy settings. Those shaders should produce similar results in CMFB but that can be checked only after Bulge release. There are already several parts of CMRT Winter Mod available to download on CMMODS. But to download huge list of Winter Mod textures, vehicles, soldiers, goodies and few test scenarios PM @kohlenklau .

While it's getting so hot on the Bulge side, that snow will start to melt, here on the Eastern Front we have freezing conditions. Not deep, not falling, but still nice snow. It simply has too small luggage space . @Wiggum15 it’s absolutely legitimate for customer to request new features, to compare small team game graphic with EA, or to say to the developers why they will not buy their new game, but I think BF already pretty well explained their reasoning and roadmap. In short - long new feature list can be the most deadliest trap for developers. While we are on cars, maybe better to compare it with Alfa Romeo. As Alfa, our little CM has it’s quirks, but that’s maybe just one more reason to love it.
