Don't touch those trees!!! They are beautiful. Even if not perfect or optimized, they (and foliage) add lot to the unique look and feel of CM. In all other games they look similar, probably because everyone is using same systems. And trees are not that large performance killer. Again, on Mac real culprit is looking at group of vehicles (Panzers especially). Can you open up the hood and look what's so scary in those panzers. And for CM sake spend few more hours tweaking brightness, saturation, contrast
