  1. Lends new meaning to the expression, "Honey, I've got Crabs."
  2. I bet. Those Merlins have a distinct rumbling to them. The sound of two Lancs...can you imagine a sky full of 'em? Now that must have been impressive.
  3. Finally a game where I actually have a chance of winning. Where do I sign up?
  4. Right you are, Squatdog. Will Wheaton for the win! Looks like we're both barking up the wrong tree, so to speak, since the side armor doesn't appear to be the issue after all. Hmmm, a ricochet off the loader's hatch? Did it strike the ammo cache by any chance? How I love an outlier.
  5. Great stuff, Jorge. Kudos to whomever replicated the battle damage. Whose mod are you using? As an avid modeller, I can't wait to build the Jagdpanther. Truly a beast. But you cannot build what you cannot see. It's been on backorder for over five months, so you might say I'm chomping at the bit. Luckily we have videos like yours to drool over while we wait.
  6. The OP stated the weapon used was a Maxim, considered a heavy machine gun.
  7. According to Squadron's Stug III Walk Around, early production models had "spare tracks mounted on the side of the hull (to) augment the armor protection of the thin 30mm hull plates." (page 4). To say that it was vulnerable to flanking shots would be an understatement.
  8. Clearing the mines has never been the problem. Surviving them is a different story. Keep the goodies comin', BFC!
  9. Speaking of which...did any of my British Brothers happen to see the "Mynarski" Lanc this past summer in the UK? She made the journey to join the Battle of Britain Memorial flight, where the last of the Lancasters were reunited. Two lucky passengers ponied up the $80 000 Cdn for the ride of their lives during the round-trip aboard "VERA". http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2724404/Dambusters-reunited-Two-Second-World-War-Lancaster-bombers-fly-time-50-years.html
  10. I hear ya, Buzz. On any given summer's day I can look up and see one of only two air-worthy Lancasters in the world gracing the skies, the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum's "Mynarski". Sadly, my 'hood's teenagers are so busily engaged in contemplating their navels that they rarely leave the house. Kids these days, eh?
  11. "Fritz, zis is kein Moment fur playing Footzie!"
  12. Welcome to the Forum, WarWolf. Match.com is purported to be for the singled-minded player. Orgy.com is aimed at those who prefer multi-player mode. Hope this helps.
  13. Agreed. Often they are dug-in and difficult to spot. However, even those which have been exposed seem unusually resilient.
  14. Welcome to the Forum. Roger meet Steve. Steve meet Roger. Let's make a deal.
  15. Impressive discipline. Komrades even die in formation.
  16. Welcome to The Dark Side, tankski.
  17. Dear John: We are truly blessed to find ourselves surrounded by so many cunning linguists. I wonder if the ladies know what they're missing.
  18. I hear you, man. I only wish I was adopted. But at least here we are all "family".
  19. You've certainly raised your game, Michelle. Normally, you'd settle for a case of Herpes.
  20. Says the Master of All Baiters. Sorry for your luck.
