  1. How about a nice warm cup of SHUT the EFF UP?
  2. I love the 60mm mortar. German AT guns are helpless against them. Role up the scout's just shy of the hedgerow/ bocage. Slow crawl the scouts into the hedge/ bocage and spot the AT gun. Sneak in the 60mm and direct fire until said AT gun is dead. Usually takes 10-12 rounds for the desired effect. Best part is you can't spot those little 60mm firing. A true wonder weapon when in the employment of skilled mortar men. I think the only defemse would be to make the AT guns harder to spot. I learned off the get-go that AT guns are sometimes hidden in a gap in the bocage. Find that gap, scout it and you my pop an AT gun before he pops you. The real kill killer that is hard to spot is the Panzerschrek. I have had scout teams 40 meters from Schrek's that fire 3 or 4 times from the heavy bocage and never get spotted.

  4. I have not played WEGO in years. Last was with CMBO. Ever snice CM:SF I have done real time. Truth is busting bocage requires so many units to control, in a ballet of recon, charges, bounding fire that I could not handle real time. I have gone back to WEGO and I dig it! watching the turns is such a break from the constant pause, issue orders and repaeat. Pete

  13. First we have to come up with a cheeky disorder that encompasses all the problems we have at the moment. How about CM:BN Anxiety/ Anticipation Disorder or CMBNAAD. Next the symptoms. Are you or someone you love listless? Do you or a love one obsess about the release of CM:BN? Are you losing sleep or have you lost interest in the activities you used to enjoy? Lost that certain spark in your romance? You may have CMBNAAD. Next we get some commercial to run constantly on talk radio like; This is Phil McCracken, I am a lawyer and I am going to talk to you about CMBNAAD. My friend Aldo died from CMBNAAD after sitting 6 days straight days at his computer. That makes this fight personal to me and I will personally fight for you. So call me, Phil McCracken at 555-5555. Pete

  16. I too check the site every couple of hours. I am such a loser! I have tried the following to occupy my time. 1. CM:SF quick battles Uncon vs Uncon. Result-fell asleep. 2. Reloaded CMAK for the first time in 6 years. Result-started watching "the Runaways" on HBO. Joan Jett was on Rosey ODonnell's team? I never knew? 3. Reloaded TOAWIII- result-that was a waste of 15 minutes! 4. serfin Utube for old BeeGees classics, much better when I am drinking but those white dudes where cool back in the day! 5. It's Thursday perhaps I will mow the lawn and pick up some Daschound terds. I am restless. I have a job (fulltime) am in my mid 40's and do not live on Mom's couch. I have a wife, kids and a weiner dog but I still feel empty and unfullfilled. Will I reach Self Actualization when CM:BN comes out? Should I see a shrink? 21. All in all I am very pleased. The AI arty may need some work. There seemed to be a complete lack of it in scenario number one, maybe by design. There were some mortar barrages in the second scenario but poorly placed by the AI. Maybe this is the best it can be within the limitations of the AI, I don't know. Pete
  22. I remember playing QB's back in the day and as my first orde,r blasting every tall building on the map with area fire form a Sherman or Pz IV. One learns quickly not to put every spotter and sniper in a tall building. Pete
