  1. I take the JS-2.....Then laugh maniacally as your puny rounds flatten themselves on my armour, blast a hole in through one side of your Churchill and out of the other with a 122mm AP round, then crush your infantry beneath my tracks, while giggling insanely at the sproinging noises made by their silly PIATs!
  2. Sometimes it's like beating your head against a brick wall mate. Ask @Combatintman.
  3. If you want to be sure that IEDs will go off, stack two (or more) on top of each other and ensure that two (or more) Triggermen have LOS, it doesn't matter what kind of Triggerman BTW, any triggerman can set off any IED, regardless of source or 'trigger type'.
  4. Do your family require a callsign and codes, so that you can identify yourself?
  5. My post wasn't intended as a criticism of your tactics, more a comentary on the difficulties of using an infantry light/armour heavy force to physically sieze an objective (as opposed to just blowing it to bits).....At some point the meat has to come out of the can and that's usually when it gets chopped up!
  6. It seems the BBC have finally discovered Ephedra: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-59608474 Vice News beat them to it by months: https://www.vice.com/en/article/8xwv83/drug-lords-have-figured-out-how-to-make-meth-from-plants https://www.vice.com/en/article/7kv4px/plant-based-meth-from-afghanistan-is-turning-up-all-over-the-world
  7. IIRC there was a third party map editor for CM1 that could sort of do this.....It was a bit moody as I recall.
  8. I've been looking for a good ACW game for a while, but TBH I'm not sure CM would be the right engine for it.
  9. @danfrodo Using airpower against Tunguska can feel like:
  10. Agreed! The T-80UK has it all.....General T-80U coolness AND glowy red eyes!
  11. Know it by its baleful glare: And a welded turret, as opposed to the cast turret of the earlier T-90.
  12. @Combatintman Don't know if you recall all the trickery I went to in order to get an IED in a building, but now all you have to do is place the Triggerman where you want the IED (using Face to get him to the exact spot inside the building/room), then select the IED you want to use and Move it to his location by clicking on his icon. You can then move the Triggerman elsewhere to place more. It would be nice if we could purchase extra IEDs.
  13. No it hasn't, this is old news, from the debacle in Nagorno-Karabakh. I'm not 100% convinced that it is.....The Bayraktars are very capable, in small scale combat against opponents with limited military capabilities. How they would do against a fully integrated defence system remains to be seen.....Keep in mind that states which maintain a fully integrated air defence network are usually more than capable of striking back at drone bases and control facilities with weapons many orders of magnitude more powerful than a MAM-L.
  14. My 'Inner Trackhead' and my 'Inner Game Modder' are having a right old ding-dong about this one!
  15. Strange, I found lots, starting from Yom Kippur and onward to the recent fighting in Syria.....Just none where I could see the imprint of tail fins.
  16. Total number of fatalities from Omicron? https://www.independent.co.uk/news/health/omicron-variant-deaths-covid-who-b1969720.html There have been suggestions that Omicron's virulence combined with it's apparently mild symptoms may spell the end of the pandemic as it will outcompete the more pathogenic variants. Letting Omicron spread might actually be a good idea!
