Incidentally, I've just been working on the 222 and 223 for Kohlenklau´s Romania mod.
So it was just a few minutes work to tweak them for CMBN - if you´d like a more weathered version.
They are a quick mod, though, so there are probably some details missing.

We have to take ownership over the fact that we have a forum full of some of the best strategists in gaming and yet we are unable to produce any actionable intelligence on when FR will be released. What we need is solid intelligence. We got to cultivate sources. 

I had an issue with CMFI where I was getting a message that I was missing 3 breeze files. I messed about to see if I could sort it out with no luck.
So I filled out a Help Desk form outlining the problem, and since it was Sunday I didn't expected an answer until later in the week.
1 hour and 15 minutes afterwards I had a reply from John Costello........on a Sunday. He had taken the trouble to provide a download for me of the 3 files I needed.
What great service!! Unbelievable. 

Elvis is the best!

1. I rarely use vehicles for direct recon. I use them instead to transport infantry to do the scouting.
2. Use scouts..........if you don't have scouts break down your squad and use 1 section for scouting.
3. Move your vehicle so it remains out of sight.
4. When you deploy your infantry give them a target arc so they won't fire and give their position away. I usually use a very small round one.
5. Then I use a move or quick command to move them a little closer to where I want them.
6. I use the slow command to sneak them into the final over watch position.

Since I'm not planning on checking my email every day can you tell me when the email will arrive 😉?

Don't worry I don't forget you I have only some priority, but soon I was working already on the skull I mean the form...

How did you get those helmets in the game? Turn them 90 degrees and they would look a lot like the danish M23 helmets. I have been looking for those for a danish scenario I´ve been planning.

I just ran a couple of tests with 30 M4´s vs 30 PaK 38´s placed behind hedges. They were all in separate lanes, so each Sherman only would face one PaK. The PaK´s all had short cover arcs to ensure that they would not fire on the Shermans but let the Shermans spot uninterfered.

Whether they had crates, sandbags or nothing on the front made no difference whatsoever on the Shermans´ spotting abilities.

I placed them behind a normal hedge row. At the first try I placed them behind bocage, but the none of Shermans ever spotted the guns. So I changed it to normal hedges.

But as I said: They all spotted equally well - crates, sandbags or none.
