  1. Actually it's quite easy to guess, but very difficult to guess correctly.
  2. Well I don't mean to imply that by calling them the B team they are producing B-movie like work.
  3. I know the priority is to get Red Thunder patched up first and there's "Black Sea" down the road, but my understanding is Black Sea is mainly the work of the Battlefront "B" team for lack of a better name. I'm sure there's crossover in tasks, but is the A-team (queue music) working on the 1st CMBN battlepack yet? I know both BN and FI are to get 3.0 updates but since that includes flame vehicles it seems to me that CMBN 3.0 and the first Battlepack go hand in hand.
  4. In all seriousness as others have pointed out no horse killed by gunfire in probably all of Europe during WWII would be left alone long enough to bloat except under unusual circumstances. Both soldiers and civilians would eat them.
  5. Good Ideas. Some people will say you should be able to climb over the high walls and chain link fences, but I think this would be less likely in a combat situation then going through the windows. Off the top of my head I don't recall if the CMX2 WWII games simulate wirecutters in any way. I also wonder what effect chain link rendering would have on graphic cards. When you say trucks in civilian colors do you mean military trucks?
  6. The Jadgpanther? I could have sworn I read a thread saying there were none in the Army Group Center area in the game's time period so they wouldn't be in the game.
  7. MikeyD is right though, you never know which way Battlefront will bounce next these days, though I really think we'll see Black Sea next. From what I've been seeing on the Shock Force boards, the Modern Russian Army has as much uniform variation as the SS did.
  8. Can you elaborate on what Engineer Recon is please?
  9. Now that Red thunder is out all indications seem to be Black Sea, or whatever it will be called, sometime this summer. After that possibly the first Battlepack for CMBN. However I think anything new for FI will have to wait until the Bulge family is well underway and they can use the vehicles from Bulge etc in a late war Italy Battlepack. I suppose they could however take what they have for Summer and Fall from BN, add the French and give us a FI Battlepack and then do a second Battlepack for the last portion of the Italian Campaign. It's all conjecture of course but all the other itches will soon be scratched, so maybe they'll surprise us again with something Italian sooner rather than later.
  10. I thought it was Imolestcats with the deviant libido.
  11. Hey Mord, even if they solved your problem, what else were you going to put up on Ebay? We might get Black Sea before the end of June I'm supposing.
  12. I don't know if any one cares but if I had to guess without seeing the screen shot I'd say from my experience in Germany that that's wild mustard, which was common in spring. Perhaps some wild plant grog will correct me.
  13. You should be water boarded for that pun.
  14. There's always lots of flames on my German tanks.
  15. Monte Cassino. Hah I knew it! And I am in Central California.
  16. I would bet Michael Emrys' life we will get the Grille and the Brummbar in the first Battlepack since both were actually present in France the summer of '44 and both models were already done for FI.
  17. I think the Sdkfz 7 will wait until they spend time coding and making animations for moving large calibre anti-tank guns. Maybe release 5.0
  18. Is this story going to be continued so that you'll tell us how you intend the Western Armies being deployed?
  19. Yeah the Flame Hetzer is the only one I can think of. Earlier in the war the Germans had a PZ III flame variant and something called a Flamingo which I think was either on a PZ II or Pz 38 chassis. The Soviets also earlier had a OT-133 which was a flame mounted T-26
  20. Are those some sort of HumVees in the photos?
  21. Ha, but you have said they don't tell you everything right away so they MAY still make it!
  22. Remember, it's a good thing the Nazi's were idiots. But I also think if they weren't idiots they wouldn't be Nazis. They were delusional fanatics, apt at making one bad decision after another. What I can't understand is why the military chiefs, who supposedly were not idiots, went along with it to the degree they did.
  23. I'm unclear about what you're saying. You say his suggested graphical solution would probably work but also you've accepted the zig zag roads won't change.
