  1. I like to guess on penetrations , such as when the front turret of a Pz-IIIL gets punched through with a 122mm round only 2 bail out I assume it's the driver and bow gunner.
  2. The Mkbh-42 were airdropped to the cholm pocket, no? They were surrounded for something like 100 days or so I believe
  3. nope... that would be the MP-40.II the MP-41 is the "new version" of the MP-40 that was phased in during the war, wich used wooden stocks instead of plastic ones... Then there is the MP-41® wich is the PPSh-41 converted to fire 9mm ammo from the MP-40 mag </font>
  4. well by that logic the squad LMG/SAW should be the first soldier to drop because he can't possibly use cover!
  5. I generally play a 28+ turn 2000pt game. Enough for a batallion and supporting armor.
  6. I've had my opponent in a TCP/IP run a SU-76 around my entire left flank, dodging dozens of infantry assualts only to get behind my single immobilized PZIV. At the end of the turn both guns were facing each other. I checked with LOS tool, 99% chance of hit. So I start the turn, boom! MISS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kablammo, a PzIV in flames
  7. you want HARD? try beating the soviets in the CMBB demo tutorial
  8. and then when the Pak36 gets those Stielgranate, it becomes deadlier than a Flak-36 >
  9. I was playing CMBB (yes, this is the prelude to a suggestion though) and a T-34/85 on uneven ground (15 degree slope, the gun was not facing the house) spotted my FJ squad readying to fire at the T-34, and it ended up routing the FJ squad. This has peeved me, for CmX2 I suggest that actual ray-tracing from viewports (all of them) for spotting, not the current system.
  10. in late '42 or so Paks get those Stielgranate things, 180mm penetration. for approx. 40 points they're great tank killers, especially late war where the larger guns are koed easily by IS-II and such. The regular AP rounds are great for dispatching scout vehicles, and Shermans.
  11. hotkeys button on the interface, it's by surrender and ceasefire.
  12. Nice feature for CMx2 would be individual soldiers modeled,
  13. This just popped into my head, but after watching Stalingrad, maybe it's and über-abstraction of a heroic soldier running 170m and throwing the molotov from there?
  14. Abteilung, they probably were accusing you of 'greifing' because there was a Stuka above town, Stuka + tanks = dead tanks and that equals wasted armor. But since you were new you didn't know. Anyway, but thank you for the sources PS- The ammo used in CMAK is Tungsten, no?
