  5. Clotted cream is a lot thicker and buttery than whipped cream - the softish texture in the photo could be as a result of using whipped cream for aesthetic purposes or the clotted cream melting under lights. http://news.bbc.co.uk/local/devon/hi/people_and_places/newsid_8744000/8744481.stm How to make mock 'Devonshire' clotted cream > http://thepioneerwoman.com/food-and-friends/how-to-make-mock-devonshire-clotted-cream/
  6. You can try infantry from behind but it takes a lot of grenades and time. You can try engineers with demo charges, flame throwers and bazookas but make sure they have covering troops as the bunker's inhabitants come out mighty peeved looking for revenge when the doors are kicked in. Otherwise Churchill AVRE, Crocs or call in a Lancaster with a Tallboy...

  11. CMBS - Blue Force needs dayglo when in Europe! EN ISO 20471:2013 was EN471 – specifies requirements for high visibility clothing which is capable of visually signalling the user's presence. The high visibility clothing is intended to provide conspicuity of the wearer in any light condition when viewed by operators of vehicles or other mechanized equipment during daylight conditions and under illumination of headlights in the dark. AFSBn-Germany issues European Activity Set equipment to Combined Resolve III troops "The equipment issued to us was 'right out of the box,' and I was very impressed with the state of the art and the almost seamless task of issuing this equipment," said 1st Lt. Crockett Colbert, 2-12th Cav. Please fix or sumfink PS Pedestrians ordered to wear reflective vests for their own safety
  12. Nope - ellipse spread of round impacts on the turf viewable by player from above.
  13. In CM1 it was possible to track back from the direction of an on map mortar ellipse the direction where it was coming from - and usually if the HQ spotting for it was leading it - to retaliate in kind...
  14. Follow up on MOAB The Mother of All Bombs: How badly did it hurt IS in Afghanistan Another local resident suggested IS could do with something a little stronger. "Let Americans bring down a bigger one, this one was small," he said. Back in the hills, Hakim Khan and his friends were listening in to IS fighters communicating via walkie-talkies with the help of their radio. The fighters were reassuring each other and communicating with their comrades in a neighbouring district. A border police officer wondered aloud if the commitment of the Trump administration would match that of IS. "The more we kill, the more they come from the other side of the Durand line, in Pakistan," he said. ... Shear, a tough-looking special forces soldier, said that IS fighters were "crazy" and very committed. "They make the most of their basic Russian guns; they are technical fighters," he said. "You can't hear them coming in the mountains: they will wear six pairs of socks and get within striking distance without you hearing them. "In the mountains they fight individually or in groups of two or three. They don't leave their positions, so you have to kill them. And their friends don't come to collect their bodies; they lie where they die." ... "We found about 20 bodies around the site after the explosion. The cave system has been destroyed," he said. "It's possible that most of dead are buried inside those caves." ... The drive to the impact site with Haji Beag and his unit was a short one. American planes were still flying above us, targeting the next valley a kilometre away. The mountainous terrain was hard on our four-wheel drive and as we approached the site a rocket landed 200m in front of us. No one was hurt, but it made Haji Beag cautious, and we weren't allowed to set foot on the impact site. But we could see it, and it was unremarkable. There was no big crater. Trees had been burnt and a few rooms had been flattened. Not far from it, houses still stood and there were green trees around. As we left the valley, the bombardment continued. It seemed clear that the bomb that was dropped on 13 April had not come close to delivering a knock-out blow to IS militants entrenched in the area, and the locals certainly expect more conflict ahead. To me, at least, the Mother Of All Bombs failed to live up to her reputation.
  15. It's the overpressure generated from the blast that will kill people in tunnels by imploding their lungs or be crushed under tunnel collapse . and the like - admittedly anyone in the vicinity would be simply vaporised and further afield suffer blunt force trauma, and at best deafened. http://uk.businessinsider.com/moab-airburst-bomb-explanation-2017-4?r=US&IR=T
  16. 'Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs' if you don't mind... Depends if gold is marked enabling a paper trail back to wherever it was originally pilfered from, if not then it would llikely fall under 'Treasure trove' which would belong to the Crown, in which case the finders may be entitled to a firkin of pittance as a reward.

  19. I'm running CM on a relatively old '09 MacPro with 12GB memory but a fair capacity SSD and it runs fine. I'd say lot depends on the graphics card in your iMac compared to your PC. Go for it as you've nothing to lose shifting from PC to your Mac. Let us know the result. Unlike some I downloaded the quite large dmg installer with no problem in one hit, and apart from some activation problems which Battlefront sterred me right it was a relatively painless procedure.
  20. Isn't Russia cooperating with Turkey and presumably US with what's going on now in Syria. So Assad had better take it up with Putin... and Putin take it up with Trump... Oh what a tangled web! Erdogan said. "Whether it is Turkey or Russia, we are working in full cooperation militarily in Syria. Our chiefs of staff, foreign ministers, and intelligence agencies cooperate intensely."
