  1. Did your squad have 3 AT4s to begin with? Normally they only have 2. The enemy could have grenaded them or hit them with an RPG. Like Elmar said, there seems to be a lot of smoke for a grenade. Are you playing WEGO? If you play it back you will probably find that someone shot them.
  2. It has a small charge to pop the missile out of the tube a few feet then the rocket ignites. This is opposed to the AT4, for example, whose rocket pushes the round out of the tube and generates the massive backblast. I do believe they are working on new AT4s though with a kind hybrid system that lessens the backblast.
  3. A couple quick points: You can not unacquire at the present time. I have noticed that 1.05 seems to reduce the aid under fire behavior. I never have trouble with box select but then I don't use it very much. I know that it is easier to get out of the Bradley turret through the commander's hatch. At least it was for me. Otherwise the turret has to be facing towards the front and you have to squeeze out with your gear getting caught everywhere. I don't know what the SOP is I just used to play around with them but was never a Bradley trooper.
  4. If you only want two missiles then just grab the launcher and one missile. In 1.05 the launcher already comes with a missile.
  5. I think you would be the first to do it for this game. Be aware that it is rather tricky to find such data for modern weapons. Even CMSF is based on educated guesses.
  6. Javelins are soft launch so the don't have the backblast of the RPG. Unless you are in a really big room you should not be able to fire an RPG or AT4 from within a building without suffering some effect. You can prepare a building before hand by choosing rooms with open walls or doors or punching holes in the walls but obviously this isn't an option in the middle of a fight.
  7. Will all the units of one side have the same picture or is it possible to mix them up?
  8. They're called soldiers. These aren't guys just going out for a Sunday drive. Guys know that they can be killed, they also know that if they don't do their job that EVERYONE can be killed.
  9. Good tip. I have found though that 1.05 is much better at doing European type terrain.
  10. I have also noted this behavior. Playing through my own scenario ALL my infantry became stuck in "Planning" status when given any movement order.
  11. To me this hits directly at the issue that this is, after all, a game. Players would probably be ok with winning a battle while only inflicting a handful of casualties and causing the enemy to rout, but when your platoon becomes combat ineffective because it has suffered 4 to 8 casualties people are going to scream. </font>

  13. And the Crushed Beer Can. Nice work TC. Found the 199th INF BDE yet?
  14. I think so. I remember that it was a large building and they had to go in and dig the Iraqis out room by room.
  15. You mean you didn't get those things with your delux version.
  16. Six of one, half a dozen of the other I suppose.
  17. The single thread idea sounds nice till you have to wade through 200 posts to see if anyone else noticed your FO's throwing their binos at the battalion commander.
  18. You are insane. Alt-T actually inserts a virus into your operating system that causes it to automatically order all the games in the BFC catalogue. Actually I just noticed the Alt-T myself, so no you aren't crazy.
  19. This is my name. "Death Ground" has a GW1 scenario that might be interesting if you turn it into a straight infantry fight.
  20. If you have the time it would be nice to see a 2ACR (now SCR), 25th ID, and for some old school unique units Berlin Brigade, 199th Inf Bde, or 7th ID.
