I just love it when you try to get all clever with word play and end up shooting yourself in the foot. It lets me know that justice is indeed alive in this world and although she may be blind, her other senses are like all super powered, like Daredevil, but not like in that really bad Ben Affleck movie, but more like when Jack Kirby worked on him. But in fact one of my earliest memories is watching Howdy Doody on the old black and white ... Years ago I helped build a 7-car garage for Don Ricardo, it was an addition added on to a 5-car garage and a small machine shop. He also had about a 6-car garage under his house, which was built on a steep hill. Anyway his car collection was pretty famous with some Jaguars and older Mercedes, at the time he owned 55 cars in all and some of them were older racers. At the time I worked there he had parked in a garage a 1913 Mercedes roadster with wooden spoke wheels and the 6 wheel touring car that belonged to one of Hitler’s generals, I believe there were only 4 built and the one he owned had belonged to Herman Goring. He was a musician in the Big Band era, conducted NBC’s orchestra and a very nice guy, my oldest brother was married in his backyard and it was quite the showplace, built on a hillside and featuring a couple of concrete fountains and a waterfall.
