Yes, dalem is a gamey player who tries to win, make no mistake about it! Consider playing him at your peril.

[frikken "O, let's lay down some covering fire and rush the bridge, shall we?" I always new he was a closet South African. Sheesh!]

Come, come Leeo you can do better than that ... not MUCH better, admittedly, but ANY improvement would be nice.

Look you here, saying that dalem is LOW is hardly earth-shattering news to us now is it. Nor, after all this time, should any here be surprised that he's gamey.

As to the tiresome details, we REALLY aren't concerned with the mewlings of an inadequate tactician who, after all, is somehow managing to LOSE to dalem.

Finally, the operative phrase in your rant is that dalem TRIES to win. Now that is, I agree, a harsh condemnation of ANY here in the 'pool, but after all it's a pretty POOR "try" isn't it ... except against you apparently.

Now Joe, I think you're being a bit harsh on the SSN. Clearly he has responded to your oh so polite request to post an e-mail address (poor sot has MSN). As far as location, it's written all over his post.

Look at his name. Clearly the ultimate fantasy for our visitor, driving around in a rented Ford Escort with a dozen Krispy-Kremes. It don't get no better than that in the MidWest!

Okay, now let's narrow it down. He used all caps which is similar to a child jumping up and down screaming "Look at me, Look at me". I can see that you're starting to get it now Joe. It has to be either Ohio, Illinois, or Indiana.

At first I leaned towards Illinois, because of the brief nature of the post (A trait I would recommend our newcomer retain if he posts here again). But then, the fact that his sig-line contains some insane ramblings about "radioactive rubber pants", I have to conclude that our visitor is from Indiana.

I wonder if he knows Dave H?

Hi-Ho, Morons!

I'm back from my whirlwind sojourn to Little Rock, where it rained all the time I was there. It rained when I left Ohio. It rained when I got to Atlanta and then it rained again when I got back to Ohio.

Did I mention it rained?

Little Rock was ... interesting. Not what I expected. It actually looked more like western Pennsylvania more than anything else. The high point of the trip was a really fabulous supper of Cajun blackened salmon at this restaurant overlooking the Arkansas river while listening to a not too shabby local blues band.

The low point was getting up at 4 AM in order to make a 6 AM flight.

And the rain. Did I mention the rain?

It appears that the E-mail has been fixed with no help from the people at MSN, whose pithy advice to me was, "Check your spam filter."

So, turns may be out later. Right now, I feel the need for a nap.

It's later now. Wake up and send a turn, ya git.

By the way, how were Lars and the rest of the Bumpas clan doing?

Boo-Boo, once again you've managed to demonstrate within a few short sentences just what an inbred backwoods metropolitan wannabe you are.

First, Lars may claim to be from Minnesota, but his demeanor and wardrobe, not to mention that gap-toothed grin of his, clearly mark his origins in one of the more "rustic" states.

Second, there is no such thing as a good tuna noodle cassarole!

Joe, I've a spot open on my opponent roster. And in a fit of emotion best described as downright pity, I've decided to etch your name in in grease pencil. Well ok, not so much your name. Actually it's a little caricature of you.

So there you sit on my roster, Joe. Quite a nice likeness too, I might add.

Yes, I think I've managed to do some justice to that big red clown nose of yours. Not to mention the protruding jaw, the squinting eyes, and those three or four fibrous hairs jutting up from that otherwise barren pate.

Consider yourself challenged, sir. And for once (just this once, mind you) I don't mean in terms of your intellectual capacity.

A scenario is preferred. Nothing over large. We don't want to tax that famous attention span of yours (snaps fingers under Joe's nose. Focus, Joe, focus! We're still talking about CM:AK here.)

Feel free to choose the theater. You as the loser. The glorious forces of Panzer Armee Khann as the victor.

Be so kind as to make it so, lad.
