Heat bad.

Cold good.

Carpets and freshly painted walls last longer if you keep them in a refrigerator. So I just take the damage deposit if the proles actually turn up the thermostat and "ruin" them.

Hmm, lovely ice storm today.... </font>

BOGGS!

Where the heck have ya been? I was beginning to think my plan to eradicate all residents south of the Georgia border had succeeded.

Glad to see you and yours apparently survived all those hurricanes. Still living in Florida or did you give up and move to a higher elevation with less of a "scenic" view of the ocean?

Yes, he's now a bouncer at Madam Larue's House of Nordic Whoopie, in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

But you didn't hear that from me...

[snout pressed close to a saturated spot of trodden ground]

I've always been fascinated by the Boggs that swallow things then after many years they throw the same thing back onto the surface.

One just cannot help but maintain a carefull watch... its sort of artful and majestic... its very moving... makes me want to drop something in and see what happens...

I've also noticed that Boggs sometimes make funny noises and such.

*places a whoopie cushion in front of Yeknod so he can drop that in and see what happens*

Oh...Hiram, dearest, at least keep in mind that you are only at the office but a mere few hours. Soon your workday will be ended and you can come home and relax again in comfort, knowing you have a nagging wife, cantankerous kitties and a whinging, needy dog waiting.

Now. Doesn't that just brighten your day just a little bit?

Well, I don't *sniff* know what to say. This old guy is truly overwhelmed by the responses to my single unworthy posting effort. *sniff*

You make me feel that I should wait three months between all my posts...

Wait a minute...

You know, I sometimes forget how subtle you bastiches really are.
