Task Force Spartan Resolve

Thanks.  That would certainly help.  However, am curious if I am doing something wrong, or if my software is outdated.  I should be able to select a single file and drag it to my desktop without name or path length issues.

I recall that I have had similar problems with a couple of scenario files.  I just cannot drag the unzipped file to any other location.

Tried what you suggested - trying to extract individual folder and file.  (Boy, that's going to take a long time.)  However, still have problems.  One of the folders that was problematic was POLISH VOICES.

I created a folder called that on my desktop, so very short directory name.  But I STILL could not extract some of the wave folders from the unzipped folder.

eg: "polish heavy target big gun 2.wav".  I cannot even click and drag that individual wav file (or "polish heavy target big gun 3.wav") out of its folder directly onto my desktop at all.

Am I using the wrong version of WinRAR?

Actually the path is also included in the max length and the path to your desktop is not short (C:\users\erwin\desktop\ or something like that). But you could indeed just download waclaw's mod and get those voices from there.

I put the .cam file in the Documents/Battlefront/Combat Mission/Black Sea/Game Files/Campaigns folder, but it's not showing up in the Campaign list ingame. I am seeing all of the splashes you've created for the campaign, but not the Campaign itself.

That's kinda strange. Maybe your download git corrupted somehow?

Anybody else having this problem?

My desktop path is fairly short: c:\users\admin\desktop

I have never had any problem with path length on any other mods, (only a few scenarios).  Are you using a "less common" type of compression software?

Took a quick look at the campaign.  First scenario looks great.  I especially appreciate having crack snipers as I think that is a better approximation of specialist training etc.

I'm just using WinZip. Just extract the mod files into a folder on your desktop, and them manually drag them into your mods folder (the intro goes into the Data folder).

I have downloaded the campaign and the mod pack but I haven't played any of it yet. However I did see Chris's recorded stream of the first mission and I have to say it looks fantastic. Just wanted to say that even though I haven't played it yet I really appreciate the time and effort that went into making this. Its community made content like this that injects long term longevity into the CM games. Thanks for the hard work!
