  1. Thought I'd take the liberty of tagging @George MC as it's an interesting question and I'm a big fanboi.
  2. How could I disagree? They can be found in CMBN 'TWC Sudden Fury' if you're looking for them.
  3. Yes, now you mention it the screenshot does look like that. However on loading up several saves, I see only a shadow from the open hatch slightly further back, but no shoulder. Odd.
  4. Just played it Phil , will PM you with the result and some comments.
  5. I don't think it has. My question was about MJ saying he never sets up calls in the setup phase.
  6. Sorry a bit late on this one, but this caught my eye as I sometimes feel rather inept on the artillery front. I also hardly ever call on setup, but I was thinking it was mainly forgetfulness on my part. Your comment seems to be more reasoned, so I imagine you wait to see what's going on before calling? An answer to that might be to call and then adjust, if you have the time to adjust?
  7. After a few issues uploading a screenshot, here's one from F&R Prowlers (nice work, thanks @PanzerMike). With a little bit of added magic, thanks to @Lucky_Strike.
  8. As far as I can see, as of today, only modern titles are on Steam, none of the WW2 titles are there.
  9. Yep, my PzIIIGs also have the gap in front of the turret, rotating hull MG etc. They look okay if the turret is facing to the front, but when the turrets are rotated they're definitely not okay.
  10. Totally agree, lovely work. @Lucky_Strike you do realise that after RT you will need to look at FI and FB ?
  11. Loving the fine detail in this, you guys are so good! I'm not even sure what a custom breadbag is .
  12. Silly question, not related to your issue. Is that stock 'grass' or has it been touched by your magic? It looks good but I realise it's not in Normandy... If it is stock, I need to get down to ground level more often in RT.
  13. Me too, availale for more testing if it helps (okay, maybe I should just wait ).
  14. I'm exclusively WW2 titles so I can't comment on the modern stuff (but then you already have most of that, except perhaps SF2?). Order of my purchases versus how much I have played them so far (bearing in mind I only started just over a year ago though): RT bought 1st, played 2nd-most (now including FR of course) BN bundle bought 2nd, played 1st-most FI bundle bought 3rd, played least but no good reason for this FB bought last played 3rd-most You have RT/FR, so if I was you (which I'm not of course, preferences vary ) - I would go for BN next, then FB, then FI. However, in terms of amount of content, you may prefer to go BN, FI and FB. I say this because BN has the most content and covers everything you described, FI has a lot and its very varied, and FB has the least (but I like it). If, like me, you will end up with them all, then it's just a matter of finding enough time to play them all - I never have enough time to give justice to all of them.
  15. Mine shows 4.03 in the bottom right corner, so it seems your attempt to patch hasn't worked. I'm not sure about the activation key - IIRC I had a 'CMBN Big Bundle' key not separate ones. Otherwise I assume everything is pointed at or in the correct folders? If the problem persists @BFCElvis will sort you out I'm sure - he's very good .
  16. Lovely. I was at the Tank Museum a couple of weeks ago, always a huge pleasure. I did however forget to buy socks .
  17. Some people might have prior knowledge of tanks or might have been playing other games . Whatever the background I would say CM2 is by far the best game of this type that I've found.
  18. I tend to buy odd vehicles assigned inside a formation (which you have to have). Is that what you mean?
  19. I'd probably select one of these options if the map suits. Although In a QB I tend to select a mixture rather than 'x * type'.
  20. There's a lot of content for sure, particularly for BN. I grab everything without hesitation . You could also check this out, if you haven't already: https://www.combatmission.lesliesoftware.com/ Great work by @IanL . A lot of the download links are Kaput, but the info is good.
  21. I think I got them at @Bootie's fine site here: https://www.thefewgoodmen.com/tsd3/category/combat-mission-battle-for-normandy/cm-battles-for-normandy/ I'm sure you've been there already, but well worth a look if you haven't. EDIT (afterthought) - I think the ones I mentioned will all work with just the base game, but I did have the bundle at the time.
  22. If you wish to try scenarios as well as campaigns and you're happy with those that are on the larger side, can I suggest both of the Wittmann scenarios in BN? They're both excellent and both by @George MC. Another great one which is also a lot smaller is Barkmann's Corner Revisited by @GhostRider3/3. To be honest I don't remember if I played the original Barkmann's Corner, my bad. There are of course lots of other great scenarios, they're just the ones I had a lot of fun with when I started.
  23. I like the sound of this . @kohlenklau is the scenario you mentioned a new one, or one I've tried? I'd like to try a new one if you have one, although I realise I didn't (couldn't) help on the dropbox question
