Do you have a name for the scenario? Just curious as I think I KO'd 5 T34/85s in one PBEM turn recently, but not 6 - the boy Artkin did well... Thinking about it, mine was in a stock F&R scenario. And I still managed to lose by the end.

As someone who didn't sign up for the tournament, reading about all of the 'glitches' makes me feel glad I didn't. So no need to apologise in my opinion.

I would agree. The only pain for me with a new laptop was 'do I have all of those mods and scenarios/campaigns' backed up somewhere, or do I have to go downloading them all again?'. For me that meant minimal mods (like the UI for example) and a slow recovery of all scenarios and campaigns, but I could play the games almost immediately without them.

Except that I would say that the Ukraine thread was my number one source of information earlier in the invasion and it was quite reassuring to have timely and knowledgeable comments and analysis of events . In comparison many of the news providers were either too slow to report things (sometimes for good reason), or inaccurate, or didn't know whether an APC was a tank etc. etc. I agree and sorry, no more derailing posts from me .

+1 to that. I'm particularly concerned for those of us with a WW2 leaning. The focus is obviously on more modern events, which I can understand (particularly with the professional tie-ins) but it leaves me with a feeling that WW2 might be considered largely 'done' apart from the occasional DLC. The ruling out of things like early war, e.g. France, Barbarossa etc. only reinforces this. But I hope I'm wrong.

I have the view that my chirpings on a forum will not alter in any way what BFC (and/or others) will choose to do or be able to do, but at the same time I'm quite interested in updates and news on what is or might be coming along the tracks. Hence the occasional chirp, but never a complaint.

BFC are not interested financially in such behaviour. But you're not allowed to ask for remuneration for your efforts.'
