@Moose Trot Actual it seems like there are some tags hardcoded ingame, such as [82nd] and [101st], that could be of some use in your upgrade? From Kandu's Normandy Floating HQ Portraits mod.

Regarding FJ helmets in HG PzD, here's a pic of Panzerdivision Hermann Göring's member wearing such an helmet: In 1944 East Prussia though but still, it might not have been the only one ever. The only pink-ish X I see is way up North of the German deployment zone, on a bridge of some sort just below a couple of houses. That may be the "impassable canal bridge" you mentioned Hank24. No joy on any X rated hedges and fence though.
