I have a 17-pounder AT gun that I set up in a Deployed state at the beginning of a turn-based scenario, and it's facing a row of bocage. However, once I started the mission, its status shows as Limbered, even though the Deploy button is shown as being activated. Is this a known bug?

YankeeDog sums up perfectly my opinion on this matter.

If the current SMG-firing behavior is carried over to the east front titles, then PPSh-41s will be greatly ineffective, given the gun's very high rate-of-fire.

Now, if only SMG-armed soldiers would stop wasting their ammo on targets beyond 100 meters...

OK, here's another head-scratcher: the MG34 and the MG42 share the same 3D model for the receiver in both CMBN and CMFI. The difference between the two isn't drastic, but still, they are different. Here's a good pic showing the two side-by-side: It just continues to baffle me why BF will go to great lengths to model the vehicles in such excellent detail, but then we get all these gaffes with rifles, carbines, and machine guns. It isn't like detailed photos and diagrams of these weapons don't exist.

Phil, it's still not working right. I just tested it with the MG42 HMG, MG34 HMG, and the German 81mm mortar. In all cases the weapon instantly deployed when the team reached the waypoint marker with the Deploy command enabled.

Europe was barbaric long before Christianity arrived there.
