  1. If the Brummbar doesn't make the Commonwealth Module it certainly is a good candidate for the 3rd "Battlepack" module. If the Germans didn't call it the Brummbar during the war is this another case of marketing by plastic model manufacturers similar to M-36 "Jackson" ?

  5. Thanks, that's useful info but I recall there was also a rail bridge across the Neder Rijn at Arhem. I think it was blown in the Battle. What do you mean by the bridge you pictured not working?
  6. This would of course be nice but I wouldn't count on it changing, at least not until the Market Garden module where we are supposed to get some new terrain types. Does any one know if the railroad bridge across the Rhine at Arhem was single track or double track?
  7. Yes, they can mix in a card play feature from Down in Flames. For example you can only move units on the right side of the map this turn. Brilliant idea!
  8. KIA, have you read the readme doc in the "mod tools" directory in the game folders?
  9. What I do is put a z folder inside the z folder and put the mod I want to override other mods in the second z folder. Seems to work.

  11. Thanks Marco. Now a theoretical question. What if I renamed a mrd? What I'm thinking is renaming both the mdr and bmp for German soldiers helmets to officers caps. Would this put helmets on German Officers?
  12. Well they pretty much have promised us Jadgpanzers and King Tigers in the first module: The Commonwealth, along with of course all the British equipment and SS and Fallschirmjagers so there will be plenty of stuff in it.
  13. Just like this one except primarilly green instead of brown. I thought Erbsenmuster translated as "Pea pattern". Well I'm being greedy anyway. Great work on this one.
  14. Any chance you will do the green pea pattern? I don't know how rare that was compared to the brown.
  15. Thanks JuJu, this is good advice. Regarding when it's done however, one problem of a modder is lack of beta testers and sometimes one does not catch things until others comment on it once it has gone public. Perhaps we can start a mod tester recruiting list in this modders forum.
  16. Besides the bmps what are the other files one finds inside the game brz files? I'm sorry I don't have it in front of me right now but it's called something like a "mrd" file. Thanks
  17. No word if we'll have AA arty/vehicles by the next module. Flamethrowers / Flame vehicles is another major item they want to put in someday but they haven't made any promises as to when we'll see any of it as they probably don't know themselves yet.

  20. Not quite as sexy but I'd like a Sdkfz 7 to tow the 88's.
  21. No complete list. You can expect all the common British equipment of the period but don't go looking for Crusader AA tanks for example or funnies. It's been said we will get King Tigers and Jadgpanzers for the Germans.
  22. No new units or vehicles in patches. For that you will have to purchase a module when they become available. We might get Hetzers and Hellcats in the Sept '44 Market Garden module. I think that's about when they became available.
