I also like the fact you decided to call it module 1. That makes hope for a Barbarossa to Citadelle module :-)

You need to make yourself familiar with windows command prompt. How you start it you can read here:
    https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-open-command-prompt-2618089
In Win 10 basically right-click on start and choose command (admin).
Step 1: Copy the scenario you want to convert into a folder of your choice. For simplicity sake let´s use C:\test. Also copy the mutator.exe there.
Step 2: Now start windows command prompt
Step 3: Within the command prompt navigate to C:\test
Step 4: convert your scenario to CMBS. Lets say it was called ABC.btt and originally created for CMRT.
Step 5: Type the following in the command prompt: "mutator.exe - t CMBS ABC.btt"
then press ENTER and your CMRT scen will be converted to a file named ABC_CMBS.btt
Step 6: Copy the converted file to your CMBS scen folder
    Enjoy!

    Bye.
Thanks for the offer but I've lost interest in another $50 game with new guys and new guns and little else different.  We can keep milking this 10-year old engine with a horribly clunky interface and terrible performance on newer hardware and blaming all the cool things we can't do on the engine that THEY CREATED.  I'm moving on...

Basically everything by Terry Copp, Marc Milner, Mike Bechthold and Mark Zuehlke is a must read for the Canadian story. IMHO

Yes, very good, 1CGS/777 is a perfect example how good and transparent information given to the community could work out for the company. And it has an additional effect to generate extra marketing bandwidth done by community members. There are numerous YouTube channels which pick up the news and there are blogs which spread the word, like this outstanding one by Shamrockonefive here https://stormbirds.blog/.
All of this positive marketing and undoubtedly positive image buildup starts with a weekly developer diary which produces facts about development progression instead of leaving vast open spaces open to wild speculation.
Now ask yourselves why neither YouTube channels nor blogs exist which report in a positive way about progression in the CM-world?

You really ought to reflect on some of the statements you make. I provided perfectly reasonable circumstantial evidence as to what might have increased the delay with the patch, yet you dismiss that in favour of your own "circumstantial evidence".  But what is your circumstantial evidence-  I mean you thought that the NZ business was merely some association with dating back over 12 months and I conclusively proved you wrong by providing a direct quote from Steve about the association in January. Moreover, it was ongoing at that point. But you know ... just keep digging!

Yeh but you are throwing around ad hominem attacks, calling people stupid and suggesting they need to grow up. You really do need a dose of your medicine!

To be fair to Ian, he is being genuine I think here. Ian does write things that read or are received negatively, (we are all guilty of that some more than others) but when he clarifies or reconsiders his responses, he's being genuine. It's fine to address the issue but then it's only right to cut these fellas some slack too when we move on.

Small businesses do "limp along" for 20 years.  Existing for some time doesn't mean they are prosperous just that they aren't bankrupt failures.  The theory comes from nothing being done for months and that the thing they were working on was the NZ game.  Something is holding BF up.  Yeah there's not really any hard evidence but it sounds more likely by each day of no communication or releases.

I can help you here...I´m wanting to see some kind of progress with this game as much as you want, however we all have learned that TIME has a special meaning to this company. Maybe we just need to be patient and check back 2020 if there will be some kind of patch released.

Most people don´t care anymore. And frankly almost 18 months for a patch...pfff. Shows that the developer doesn´t care either for one reason or the other. Don´t get me wrong it´s their business, they can do whatever they want. But the average customer expectation is to get stuff fixed within a reasonable amount of time and to communicate with the customer. Since neither is taking place here everyone has to draw his own conclusions.
