I posted something similar on another forum.  It is difficult to be patient and stay positive.  My thinking currently though is that RU channels have been making a lot of the the 2 KO'd Leo 2's + Bradley's but that seems to be about it... Ergo, this is the only clear defensive success they've had.  So what about all the other attacks that we know are going on?  The lack of evidence of other glorious victories suggests there probably aren't any.

I did that in HoI4. It's doable. They probably stole my savegame.

this is exactly the point.  People suggesting Ukraine would blow the dam are viewing this in the most simplistic terms of what may or may not help Ukraine in the current military conflict. Ukraine however has to view the consequences for the nation as a whole and the cost in human lives as well as the economic consequences post war.  While I could see the idiots in the Kremlin making a stupid decision on this scale, not so with Kiev.

One more loss among UKR pilots. Major Vladislav Savelyev, probably Su-25 pilot of 299th tactical aviation brigade, though his friend told he was "fighter-pilot". Was shot down on 2nd of June.
He had a dream to travel to Norway with his family and friends. Now they will filful his wish - his ashes will be scatterd over one of Norwegian fiords.
 

Small trench line attack, at first I wasn't sure whether it was training but there's someone shooting back at them.  Vision appears to be from a foreigner.  Guys might be new, they seemed a little hesitant.  Would it be better to keep someone on the 50's doing over watch?  Need more grenades.  Hope they're ok.  Until this came up, it's been almost 2 weeks since anything has been posted on Butusov's channel.

There's also a basic issue of bandwidth. Putin has centralized the entire war to a narrow circle around him. They  simply don't have the time or the skill set to get a handle on new developments as they are struggling already to manage old developments. Their ooda loop just can't keep up any more and control is slipping in broadening waves. 

Everyone seems to be thinking along these lines, and that’s why this is not what they should do. Use the Leopards as a deceit somewhere, wait for the RU reserves to be rushed there, and then deliver the main blow with the battle-hardened, Soviet-equipped brigades at the other end of the frontline. Well, perhaps not exactly that, but exploiting the psychological impact the NATO equiped brigades will make when initially commited to trick the Russians migh be worth considering I guess.

Especially (if reports are to be believed) because their early warning system is complete junk.

Yeah it's interesting how many times over the course of the conflict we've heard xyz is going to be a "real game changer".  Sure most of the things that got this moniker were to some degree more effective than whatever they replaced but invariably they're in short supply, very expensive and more complex pieces of kit.  HIMARS did make a huge difference but I agree that nothing really comes close to what we've seen the done with drones, just about all of which has been developed in country and for a fraction of the cost.  Going to be interesting to see how things develop in this space.  Drone swarms controlled by a single operator who can peal off a drone at a time to hit a target.  Drones that carry kamikaze drones as payload.  Fully autonomous might come but I think a human in the chain will help with identifying targets of true value.
Going to be a mini arms-race with these things I think.

I think this was posted up thread but it's worth re-iterating.  If this was, I think it probably was, a psyop then it's done it's job.  I don't really think it was an inside job as per the second tweet but having Prig yelling at the management, publicly adds to  the increasing internal tension.
